Claims (8)
- 円錐摩擦表面(9)を有し、金属からなる支持本体(5)と、前記摩擦表面(9)に設けられたカーボンファイバーを有する材料からなる摩擦層(14)とを備えたシンクロナイザーリング(10)において、
前記材料が圧縮されたファイバー強化プラスチックであり、
摩擦層(14)の厚みは、0.2mmから0.6mmであり、
カーボンファイバー(8)強化プラスチックは、10N/mm2の表面圧力下で摩擦層(14)が0.015mm以下の厚みに変化するよう圧縮され、
前記材料は、質量ベースで、25%から50%の範囲の樹脂を有し、
前記摩擦層(14)の表面の粗さRzは30から50μmになっていることを特徴とするシンクロナイザーリング(10)。 - 円錐摩擦表面(9)を有し、金属からなる支持本体(5)と、前記摩擦表面(9)に設けられたカーボンファイバーを有する材料からなる摩擦層(14)とを備えたシンクロナイザーリング(10)において、
前記材料が圧縮されたファイバー強化プラスチックであり、
摩擦層(14)の厚みは、0.2mmから0.6mmであり、
カーボンファイバー(8)強化プラスチックは、10N/mm2の表面圧力下で摩擦層(14)が0.01mm以下の厚みに変化するよう圧縮され、
前記材料は、質量ベースで、25%から50%の範囲の樹脂を有し、
前記摩擦層(14)の表面の粗さRzは30から50μmになっていることを特徴とするシンクロナイザーリング(10)。 - 前記材料がカーボンファイバー繊維(8)と、樹脂、特にフェノール樹脂とから製造されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシンクロナイザーリング(10)。
- 前記材料は、樹脂断片がカーボン内で加工されるよう熱処理されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシンクロナイザーリング(10)。
- カーボンはアモルファス及び/又はグラファイトからなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載シンクロナイザーリング(10)。
- 加工されたカーボンは、樹脂によって固定されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のシンクロナイザーリング(10)。
- 摩擦層(14)は、摩擦表面(9)に接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシンクロナイザーリング(10)。
- 支持本体(5)は、真鍮、スチール又は真鍮とスチールの合金からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のシンクロナイザーリング(10)。
