Claims (9)
- 特に航空機プロペラの縦軸線の周りに調節可能なプロペラ羽根用のプロペラ羽根軸受装置であって、
プロペラ羽根軸受装置が実質的にプロペラボス(1)から成り、このプロペラボスにおいて複数のプロペラ羽根(2)が、羽根保持環の適当な数の羽根受入れ部(3)内に個々に取付けられ、
各プロペラ羽根(2)が、その羽根基部(4)に、一次調節軸受(5)及び二次調節軸受(6)を持ち、かつ羽根受入れ部(3)内に回転可能に支持され、
一次調節軸受(5)及び二次調節軸受(6)が、縦軸線方向に互いに離れて設けられかつ互いに締付けられるアンギュラコンタクト転がり軸受として構成され、
一次調節軸受(5)及び二次調節軸受(6)が、それぞれ上部レース(7,9)及び下部レース(8,10)とこれらのレース(7,8,9,10)の間に設けられる転動体(11,12)を持ち、
プロペラボス(1)に潤滑油だめ(13)が設けられ、プロペラの回転の際一次軸受(5)及び二次軸受(6)が、潤滑油だめから遠心力により潤滑油を供給される
ものにおいて、
各プロペラ羽根(2)が一次調節軸受(5)及び二次調節軸受(6)の両方のレース(7,9,8,10)及び転動体(11,12)と共にそれぞれ完全に予め組立てられる構造単位として構成され、
この構造単位が、プロペラ羽根(2)の羽根基部(4)の所で密封片(14)を持つように構成される上部環状ナット(15)により、羽根保持環の羽根受入れ部(3)内に潤滑油密にねじ止め可能であり、
一次調節軸受(5)及び二次調節軸受(6)の上部レース(7,9)が、下部レース(8,10)を軸線方向片側で包囲するその潤滑油制止壁環(16,17)とそれぞれ結合され、
これらの潤滑油制止壁環(16,17)により、プロペラ羽根(2)の回転の際遠心力によりプロペラボス(1)の潤滑油だめ(13)から上昇する潤滑油が、大部分調節軸受(5,6)内に貯蔵可能であり、
潤滑油制止壁環(16,17)により潤滑油だめ(13)内の所定の充填量に関連して、潤滑油が少量だけほぼ圧力なしに上部環状ナット(15)の密封片(14)に当接することを特徴とする、プロペラ羽根軸受装置。 - 一次調節軸受(5)及び二次調節軸受(6)が、これらの間に設けられる間隔片を介して、下部環状ナット(18)により、プロペラ羽根(2)の羽根基部(4)にある環状段部(19)へ向かって締付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロペラ羽根軸受装置。
- 調節軸受(5,6)の間にある間隔片が、一方では、一次調節軸受(5)の下部レース(8)と二次調節軸受(6)の上部レース(9)との間に設けられる内側間隔スリーブ(20)として、他方では、一次調節軸受(5)の上部レース(7)と二次調節軸受(6)の下部レース(10)との間に設けられる外側間隔環(21)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のプロペラ羽根軸受装置。
- 一次調節軸受(5)と二次調節軸受(6)との間の外側間隔環(21)が、なるべく二次調節軸受(6)の下部レース(10)と一体の統一構造部分として構成され、かつ付加的に直径の大きい環状突片(22)を持ち、この環状突片を介してプロペラ羽根(2)の羽根基部(4)が、上部環状ナット(15)により、プロペラボス(1)の羽根保持環の羽根受入れ部(3)内にねじ止め可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のプロペラ羽根軸受装置。
- 一次調節軸受(5)の下部レース(8)が、なるべくプロペラボス(1)の縦中心軸線に関して180°回されたT字状輪郭断面を持ち、この輪郭の横脚辺(23)の内側をプロペラ羽根(2)の羽根基部(4)上に載せられ、この横脚辺(23)の下側が同時に下部環状ナット(18)用の押圧面として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のプロペラ羽根軸受装置。
- 一次調節軸受(5)の下部レース(8)の輪郭の縦脚辺(25)と横脚辺(23)の一部が、下部レース(8)の転動体用転動面を形成し、プロペラ羽根(2)の羽根基部(4)と縦脚辺(25)との間の環状面26が、一次調節軸受(5)と二次調節軸受(6)との間に設けられる内側間隔スリーブ(20)に対する一次調節軸受(5)の当接面として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のプロペラ羽根軸受装置。
- 一次調節軸受(5)及び二次調節軸受(6)の上部レース(7,9)と結合されている潤滑油制止壁環(16,17)が、なるべく上部レース(7,9)と一体に構成される角形環として構成され、これらの角形環が、その輪郭の水平脚辺(27,29)により上部レース(7,9)の上側を形成し、その輪郭の垂直脚辺(28,30)をプロペラボス(1)の方へ向けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のプロペラ羽根軸受装置。
- 一次調節軸受(5)の潤滑油制止壁環(16)の垂直脚辺(28)が、一次調節軸受(5)の下部レース(8)の輪郭の縦脚辺(25)と内側間隔スリーブ(20)との間に設けられて、潤滑油制止壁環(16)と下部レース(8)及び内側間隔スリーブ(20)との間に残る間隙が、二次調節軸受(6)に対する潤滑油あふれラビリンス(31)を形成するようにしていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のプロペラ羽根軸受装置。
- 二次調節軸受(6)の潤滑油制止壁環(17)の垂直脚辺(30)が、二次調節軸受(6)の下部レース(10)と上部環状ナット(15)との間に設けられて、潤滑油制止壁環(17)と下部レース(10)及び上部環状ナット(15)との間に残る間隙が、環状ナット(15)の密封片(14)に対する潤滑油あふれラビリンス(32)を形成するようにしていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のプロペラ羽根軸受装置。
