Abstract

Cartouche de palier d’orientation pour rotor d’hélice (100) à aubes (2) à calage variable de turbomachine d’axe (X), comprenant :un corps de cartouche (1) ménagé autour d’un axe (Y) orthogonal audit axe de turbomachine (X) et destiné à accueillir un arbre de pied d’aube (20) ;des moyens d’étanchéité destinés à venir se positionner entre ledit corps de cartouche (1) et ledit arbre de pied d’aube (20), et comprenant un joint d’étanchéité inférieur (3) et un joint d’étanchéité supérieur (4) positionné par rapport à l’axe de turbomachine (X) de manière radialement externe audit joint d’étanchéité inférieur (3),ledit corps de cartouche (1), ledit arbre de pied d’aube (20), et lesdits moyens d’étanchéité délimitant une enceinte étanche (9) à l’intérieur de laquelle circule un lubrifiant,ladite cartouche de palier d’orientation comprenant en outre un premier palier (5), un deuxième palier (6), et une pompe volumétrique de recirculation (7) de lubrifiant.
