Description

Claims (19)
- 流体取扱装置において、
流体を受け入れ、排出するための端部を有する少なくとも1つの流路を備えている本体と、
前記流路内で軸方向に動くように構築され配置されているプランジャと、
前記本体に取り付けられるとともに前記流路内に設けられたシール部材であって、前記プランジャの一部を前記本体の一部に密封係合させるシール部材と、
前記プランジャに形成され非平滑面を形成する表面造形を含んでいる接触面であって、前記接触面の少なくとも一部が、前記プランジャが軸方向に動く範囲内で前記シール部材に接触するように位置付けられた前記表面造形を含んでいる、接触面とを備えており、
前記プランジャが前記流路内で動くと、前記プランジャが前記本体及び前記シール部材に対して動き、流体が前記流路の前記端部で流れ、
潤滑剤が、少なくとも部分的に、前記接触面の前記表面造形内に保持されていて、前記シール部材において前記密封係合を提供することを助けている、装置。 - 前記表面造形は、少なくとも1つの凹部を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記凹部は、少なくとも1つの溝を含んでいる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記表面造形は、少なくとも1つの突起を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記表面造形は、多孔質の表面を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記接触面は、セラミックで形成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記接触面上の間隔を空けた位置で密封係合するように構築され配置されている少なくとも2つの接触点を備えているシール部材を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記シール部材は、Xリングを含んでいる、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記流路は、複数の流路の内の1つであり、各流路は、流体を受け入れ、排出するための開いた端部を有しており、
前記プランジャは、複数のプランジャの内の1つであり、各プランジャは、対応する流路と関係付けられており、
前記接触面は、複数の接触面の内の1つであり、各接触面は、表面造形を含んでおり、
前記シール部材は、複数のシール部材の内の1つであり、各シール部材は、対応する流路内に設けられており、対応するプランジャの一部分を前記本体の一部分に密封係合させる、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 流体取扱器具において、
少なくとも1つの流路を備えている本体と、
前記流路と連通している針と、
前記流路内を軸方向に動くように構築され配置されているピストンと、
前記本体に取り付けられるとともに前記流路内に前記ピストンと前記本体との間に設けられたシール部材であって、前記ピストンの一部を前記本体の一部に密封係合させるシール部材と、
前記ピストンに形成され潤滑剤を保持するための非平滑面を形成する表面造形を含む係合面であって、その係合面の少なくとも一部が、前記ピストンが軸方向に動く範囲内で前記シール部材に接触するように位置付けられている、係合面とを備えており、
前記ピストンが前記流路内で動くと、流体が前記針の中を流れる、器具。 - 潤滑剤が、少なくとも部分的に、前記係合面上の前記表面造形内に保持されていて、前記シール部材において前記係合面の密封接触を提供することを助けている、請求項10に記載の器具。
- 前記表面造形は、少なくとも1つの凹部を含んでいる、請求項10に記載の器具。
- 前記凹部は、少なくとも1つの溝を含んでいる、請求項12に記載の器具。
- 前記表面造形は、少なくとも1つの突起を含んでいる、請求項10に記載の器具。
- 前記表面造形は、多孔面を含んでいる、請求項10に記載の器具。
- 前記係合面は、セラミックで形成されている、請求項10に記載の器具。
- 前記シール部材が、前記接触面と密封係合するように構築され配置された少なくとも2つの接触点を含んでいる、請求項10に記載の器具。
- 前記シール部材は、Xリングを含んでいる、請求項17に記載の器具。
- 前記流路は、複数の流路の内の1つであり、
前記針は、複数の針の内の1つであり、各針は、対応する流路と連通しており、
前記ピストンは、複数のピストンの内の1つであり、各ピストンは、対応する流路と関係付けられており、
前記係合面は、複数の係合面の内の1つであり、各係合面は、非平滑面を形成する表面造形を含んでおり、
前記シール部材は、複数のシール部材の内の1つであり、各シール部材は、対応する流路内に設けられていて、対応するピストンの一部分を前記本体の一部分と密封係合させる、請求項10に記載の器具。
