Description
Claims (4)
- 油圧で作動する第1クラッチ(CL1)および第2クラッチ(CL2)のうち、変速段に応じて選択されたいずれか一方を介して内燃機関の出力軸(SI)に接続される主軸(SP)と、主軸(SP)の回転を変速機出力軸(SO)に伝達する歯車列(G)とを有し、前記第1および第2クラッチ(CL1、CL2)からなる油圧クラッチ機構の断接と前記歯車列中のドッグクラッチ(M1、M2、M3)の断接とによって変速比を決定する自動変速機の油圧制御装置において、
前記第1クラッチ(CL1)および前記第2クラッチ(CL2)が、前記主軸(SP)を共通の軸として該主軸(SP)上に配置されており、
前記第1クラッチ(CL1)および前記第2クラッチ(CL2)のいずれかに作動油の圧力を接続する切替バルブ(154)と、
前記切替バルブ(154)の第1作動油出口(178)と前記第1のクラッチ(CL1)とを連結して該第1クラッチ(CL1)に作動油を供給する第1油路と、
前記切替バルブ(154)の第2作動油出口(179)と前記第2のクラッチ(CL2)とを連結して該第2クラッチ(CL2)に作動油を供給する第2油路と、
前記第1油路および前記第2油路の途中にそれぞれ形成された分岐路にそれぞれ設けられたオリフィスコントロールバルブ(158、159)と、
作動油の一部を、前記オリフィスコントロールバルブ(158、159)を介して切替バルブ(154)に戻すため、前記オリフィスコントロールバルブ(158、159)の出口(180、182)と切替バルブ(154)の作動油戻り口(181、183)とをそれぞれ接続する作動油戻り油路とを具備したことを特徴とする自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記第1油路および前記第2油路の途中に、前記分岐路とは別にそれぞれ形成された第2の分岐路にそれぞれ設けられたアキュムレータ(156、157)とをさらに具備したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
- 前記自動変速機が多段自動変速機であり、奇数速時には前記第1クラッチ(CL1)を介して、偶数速時には前記第2クラッチ(CL2)を介して内燃機関の出力軸(SI)を前記主軸(SP)にそれぞれ接続するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
- 前記分岐路が、前記第2の分岐路よりも前記切替バルブ(154)寄りで、前記第1油路および第2の油路から分岐していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
