Description
部熱交換器を一体化することとなり、小型で高性能な蓄熱装置を実現することができる。
図1は本発明の第1の実施の形態における蓄熱装置の構成図を示すものである。
図2は本発明の第2の実施の形態の蓄熱装置の構成図を示すものである。
図3は本発明の第3の実施の形態の蓄熱装置の構成図を示すものである。
図4は本発明の第4の実施の形態の蓄熱装置の構成図を示すものである。
まず、袋状容器18に複数の板状の蓄熱剤2を収納し、袋状容器18を熱融着などの手段により個々の蓄熱剤2を区分けして充填することにより、蓄熱パネル8への装着が容易になり、アルミや銅の金属の腐食を防止することができる。
図5は本発明の第5の実施の形態の蓄熱装置の構成図を示すものである。
図6は本発明の第6の実施の形態の蓄熱装置の構成図を示すものである。
蓄熱剤振動装置24とを装着し、蓄熱剤温度検出手段23の出力に応じて蓄熱剤振動装置24を制御する制御装置25を設けて構成している。
図7は本発明の第7の実施の形態の蓄熱装置の構成図を示すものである。
図8は本発明の第8の実施の形態の蓄熱装置の構成図を示すものである。
図9は本発明の第9の実施の形態の蓄熱装置の構成図を示すものである。

Claims (9)
- 1次側流体流路を有する蓄熱パネルと2次側流体流路を有する流路平板とで、前記蓄熱パネルの表面に形成した突起部にて保持した蓄熱体を挟んで順に積層し、前記蓄熱体と、前記蓄熱パネル、前記流路平板とを密着させ、前記蓄熱パネルの前記1次側流体路内を流れる高温の前記1次側流体にて、前記蓄熱体を加熱して前記蓄熱体に蓄熱し、前記蓄熱体から、前記流路平板の前記2次側流体流路内を流れる低温の2次側流体に放熱する構成とした蓄熱装置。
- 蓄熱パネルは、外表面に腐食防止皮膜を設けたアルミ押し出し型材で形成した請求項1に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 流路平板は、外表面に腐食防止皮膜を設けた銅板で形成した請求項1に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 薄膜の袋状容器に蓄熱剤を収納して蓄熱体を形成した請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 蓄熱パネルの型材側面に貫通穴を有する貫通用凸部とメネジを形成する固定用凸部とを設け、前記蓄熱パネルと流路平板とを締結する構成とした請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 蓄熱剤温度検出手段と、蓄熱剤振動装置と、前記蓄熱剤温度検出手段の出力に基づいて、前記蓄熱剤振動装置の動作を制御する制御装置とを設けた請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 装置外周を接合材で接合して真空断熱材で覆った請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 圧縮機、放熱器、減圧手段、蒸発器を順次接続するとともに、前記放熱器の下流側と前記蒸発器の下流側とを熱交換する内部熱交換器を設けたヒートポンプ冷媒回路を備え、前記放熱器を、前記請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の蓄熱パネルで形成したヒートポンプ
給湯機。 - 蓄熱パネルと流路平板とを順に積層して締結保持する端版を備え、前記端版に内部熱交換器の圧縮機吸入管流路と放熱器出口管流路とを設けた請求項8に記載のヒートポンプ給湯機。
