Description
さらに、改質用燃料供給を停止するとともに改質水供給および燃焼部燃焼を停止した時点から所定時間だけ酸化用空気を流通するので、一酸化炭素低減部で酸化用空気により残留ガス中の一酸化炭素が酸化されて残留ガス中の一酸化炭素が低減されて改質装置から排気することができる。これにより、改質装置からの排気ガス中の一酸化炭素を低濃度に抑制しながら運転停止を実施することができる。
さらに、酸化用空気の流通を停止した後、改質装置の内圧が上昇する場合には、圧抜きを実施し、改質装置の内圧の上昇が終了した場合には、改質装置を封止するので、蒸発部から発生する水蒸気の圧力による改質装置への圧力負荷を低減し、改質装置の耐久性が低下するのを防止するとともに、改質装置の内圧低下を抑制でき、改質装置内への空気の侵入を防ぎ、改質装置内の触媒の耐久性が低下するのを防止できる。
さらに、改質装置の運転停止の終了直前には、改質装置を改質用燃料で充填するので、改質装置の運転停止終了後から次回の起動までの間、改質装置を適当な圧力状態に維持できるので、改質装置への圧力負荷を低減し改質装置の耐久性が低下するのを防止することができる。また、改質装置が最終的に改質用燃料で密封されるので、改質装置の運転停止終了後から次回の起動までの間、改質装置内の触媒が酸化されるのを確実に防止することができる。したがって、改質装置の起動・停止を繰り返しても、触媒が還元・酸化の繰り返しによって耐久性が低下するのを防止することができる。また、このとき改質装置は改質用燃料で充填されるので、余分に改質用燃料を使用しないため、エネルギーロスの少ない運転停止を実施することができる。なお、充填した改質用燃料は次回起動時に燃焼用燃料として使用するためエネルギーロスが少ない。
さらに、改質装置は、燃焼部が中心に配置され、該燃焼部を覆うように改質部が燃焼部から導出される燃焼ガスが流通する燃焼ガス流路をはさんで配置され、該改質部を覆うように蒸発部が外側に折り返された燃焼ガス流路をはさんで配置され、燃焼部から導出された燃焼ガスは燃焼ガス流路を流通して改質部および蒸発部をこの順番で加熱する。
Claims (1)
- 改質用燃料と水蒸気が供給されて改質ガスを生成する改質部と、
改質水を加熱して沸騰させてその水蒸気を前記改質部に供給する蒸発部と、
前記改質部から供給された改質ガス内の一酸化炭素を、供給された酸化用空気で酸化することにより低減して導出する一酸化炭素低減部と、
燃焼用燃料を燃焼用酸化剤ガスにより燃焼してその燃焼ガスによって前記改質部を加熱する燃焼部と、を備え、
前記燃焼部が中心に配置され、
該燃焼部を覆うように前記改質部が前記燃焼部から導出される前記燃焼ガスが流通する燃焼ガス流路をはさんで配置され、
該改質部を覆うように前記蒸発部が外側に折り返された前記燃焼ガス流路をはさんで配置され、
前記燃焼部から導出された前記燃焼ガスは前記燃焼ガス流路を流通して前記改質部および前記蒸発部をこの順番で加熱する改質装置の運転停止方法であって、
停止時に、前記改質部への前記改質用燃料の供給を停止するとともに前記蒸発部への前記改質水の供給および前記燃焼部の燃焼を停止させて、前記燃焼用酸化剤ガスの流量を発電終了直前より増加させ、
前記改質用燃料供給を停止するとともに前記改質水供給および前記燃焼部燃焼を停止した時点から所定時間だけ前記酸化用空気を流通し、
前記酸化用空気の流通を停止した後、前記改質装置の内圧が上昇する場合には、圧抜きを実施し、前記改質装置の内圧の上昇が終了した場合には、前記改質装置を封止し、
前記改質装置の運転停止の終了直前には、前記改質装置を前記改質用燃料で充填することを特徴とする改質装置の運転停止方法。
