Description
「シリカゲル試験方法 JIS K 1150−1994」、平成6年8月1日制定、日本工業標準調査会審議、日本規格協会発行、「5.13 青ゲルの変色域」
こうした市場の声に応えるべく本件発明者が鋭意検討を重ねていたところ、特定のポルフィリン錯体と特定の無機酸塩とを共存させると、湿度変化に応じて鋭敏に変色することを見いだした。
本発明の水検出用組成物は、下記一般式[I](ただし、Mは「Mg、Al、Si、P、Ca、Sc、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、Ge、As、Mo、Ru、Rh、Pd、Ag、Cd、In、Sn、Sb、W、Re、Pt、Au、Hg、Tl、Pb、およびBi」の中から選ばれる1種の元素、XはハロゲンまたはOR1(ただし、R1は水素またはこの水素と置換し得る任意の置換基)、R2は水素またはこの水素と置換し得る任意の置換基)で表されるポルフィリン錯体と、「アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、Al、およびFe」の中から選ばれる少なくとも1種の無機酸塩とを、有効成分として含有することを特徴とする。
[第1実施形態]
まず、以下の手順でリンポルフィリンを合成した。
得られたリンポルフィリン担持シリカゲルを1重量%塩化カルシウム水溶液中に投入し、投入後、水切り、100℃にて乾燥処理を行いサンプルとした。この時のリンポルフィリンの投入量は、シリカゲル1g対し420μg、塩化カルシウム添加量は0.01gである。
[第2実施形態]
上記第1実施形態と同様の手順で合成したリンポルフィリン錯体(B)0.05gをメタノール500ml中に溶解させ、リンポルフィリン−メタノール溶液を得た。また、JIS A形球状シリカゲル(粒子径1.70−4.00mm)200gを用意し、このJIS A形球状シリカゲルに対し、上記リンポルフィリン−メタノール溶液84mlをスプレー噴霧によって噴霧した。なお、噴霧の際には、吸着熱のショックでシリカゲルが割れないように注意深く噴霧した。噴霧後は、100℃にて乾燥を行い、放冷した。
以上の工程によって得られたサンプルは、シリカゲル1gに対するリンポルフィリン錯体(B)の添加量が42μg、塩化カルシウムの添加量が4.2mgというものであった。
上記第1実施形態と同様の手順で合成したリンポルフィリン錯体(B)0.05gをメタノール500ml中に溶解させ、リンポルフィリン−メタノール溶液を得た。さらに、このリンポルフィリンメタノール溶液中に、1重量%塩化カルシウム溶液10mlを添加してリンポルフィリン−塩化カルシウム−メタノール溶液を調製した。
得られたサンプルについて、上記第2実施形態と同様の試験を行ったところ、第2実施形態と同様に、相対湿度20%では緑色、相対湿度50%では茶色がかった緑、相対湿度90%では茶色となる、段階的な変色が確認された。また、このサンプルを再び100℃にて乾燥させると緑色に戻り、再び吸湿率試験を行ったところ、初回と同様に相対湿度に依存した段階的な発色が確認され、可逆性を持ち合わせていることが確認された。
上記第1実施形態と同様の手順で合成したリンポルフィリン錯体(B)0.1gをメタノール200ml中に溶解させ、リンポルフィリン−メタノール溶液を得た。このリンポルフィリンメタノール溶液中に、1重量%塩化カルシウム溶液10mlを添加してリンポルフィリン−塩化カルシウム−メタノール溶液を調製した。
第1実施形態で得られたリンポルフィリン錯体(A)1.25mgを15mlメタノールに溶解させ、リンポルフィリン−メタノール溶液を得た。このリンポルフィリン−メタノール溶液中に50重量%塩化カルシウム溶液2mlを添加してリンポルフィリン−塩化カルシウム−メタノール溶液を調製した。
第4実施形態で用いた塩化カルシウムに代えて、硝酸カルシウムを用い、その他の条件は第4実施形態と同様の条件、手順にてサンプルを得た。
[第7実施形態]
第4実施形態で用いた塩化カルシウムに代えて、塩化マグネシウムを用い、その他の条件は第4実施形態と同様の条件、手順にてサンプルを得た。
[第8実施形態]
第4実施形態で用いた塩化カルシウムに代えて、塩化第一鉄、塩化第二鉄、塩化アルミニウム(六水和物)、塩化リチウム、塩化カリウムを用い、その他の条件は第4実施形態と同様の条件、手順にてサンプルを得た。
[第9実施形態]
第8実施形態で用いた塩化物に代えて、硫酸第一鉄、硫酸第二鉄、硫酸アルミニウム、硫酸リチウム、硫酸カリウムを用い、その他の条件は第4実施形態と同様の条件、手順にてサンプルを得た。
[第10実施形態]
第8実施形態で用いた塩化物に代えて、硝酸第一鉄、硝酸第二鉄、硝酸アルミニウム、硝酸リチウム、硝酸カリウムを用い、その他の条件は第4実施形態と同様の条件、手順にてサンプルを得た。
[第11実施形態]
シリカゲル(平均粒子径1.70−4.00mm)20gに対し、1重量%塩化カルシウム溶液20mlを添加して、撹拌後、乾燥し、塩化カルシウムを予め細孔中に担持させたもの(以下、塩化カルシウム担持シリカゲルという)を得た。この塩化カルシウム担持シリカゲルに対し、リンポルフィリン−メタノール溶液(上記第1実施形態と同様の手順で合成したリンポルフィリン錯体(B)0.01gをメタノール20ml中に溶解したもの)20mlを添加後、撹拌、乾燥を行い、サンプルを得た。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記の具体的な一実施形態に限定されず、この他にも種々の形態で実施することができる。
Claims (6)
- 前記一般式[I]中、錯体の中心元素Mが、Pであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水検出用組成物。
- 前記無機酸塩が、CaまたはMgの塩化物または硫酸塩であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の水検出用組成物。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の水検出用組成物を、吸湿性のある担体に担持させてなることを特徴とする水検出用インジケーター。
- 前記担体が、無機多孔質担体であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水検出用インジケーター。
- 前記無機多孔質担体が、シリカゲルであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の水検出用インジケーター。
