Description
3,984gの広細孔アルミナ及び3,225gの脱イオン水中に153gの硝酸ニッケルを含有する硝酸ニッケル水溶液を、40分間共混練することによって、担体を製造した。得られた混練混合物を、1.3トリローブ(Trilobe)(登録商標)ダイプレートを通して押し出し、125℃で乾燥させ、次いで482℃で焼成した。得られた担体には、アルミナ及び1重量%のニッケルが含まれていた。
667部のアルミナ粉末、1017部の水及び37部の酢酸を、十分な時間混練することによって、担体を製造する。得られる混合物を、トリローブ(商標)形状に押し出す。この形状物を乾燥させ、次いで620から675℃の温度で焼成する。得られる担体には、第VIII族金属及び第VIB族金属又は金属化合物のような触媒金属成分は本質的に含有されていない。この担体に、下記のようにして製造した含浸溶液を含浸させる。
Claims (12)
- ヒ素濃度及びジオレフィン濃度を有するモノオレフィン含有炭化水素供給物流から、前記モノオレフィン含有炭化水素供給物流中のジオレフィンを選択的に水素化しながら、ヒ素を除去する方法であって、
適切な反応条件下で、前記モノオレフィン含有炭化水素流を、多孔質耐火性酸化物及び5重量パーセント以下の第一第VIII族金属から本質的になる造形混合物(但し、前記造形混合物は熱処理されている)並びに触媒組成物中の前記第一第VIII族金属及び前記第二第VIII族金属の両方の合計量が、前記触媒組成物の6重量パーセントを超えるような、第二第VIII族金属オーバーレイを含む前記触媒組成物と接触させる工程並びに
ヒ素の減少した濃度及びジオレフィンの減少した濃度を有するモノオレフィン含有炭化水素生成物流を得る工程
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記ヒ素濃度が、1ppbから1000ppbの範囲内であり、前記ジオレフィン濃度が、0.1重量パーセントから10重量パーセントの範囲内である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒組成物に、第VIB族金属のオーバーレイが、前記触媒組成物中の前記第一第VIII族金属及び前記第二第VIII族金属の両方の合計原子質量が、前記触媒組成物中の前記第VIB族金属の原子質量を超えるような量で更に含まれる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第一第VIII族金属及び前記第二第VIII族金属の両方がニッケルである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質耐火性酸化物と第一第VIII族金属化合物とを、前記多孔質耐火性酸化物及び前記第一第VIII族金属化合物を含有する混合物(但し、前記第一第VIII族金属化合物は、前記混合物中に実質的に均一に分散されており、第一第VIII族金属化合物濃度で前記混合物中に存在する)を形成するような手段で混合する工程、
前記混合物の凝集塊を形成する工程、
前記凝集塊を熱処理する工程(ここで、前記第一第VIII族金属化合物濃度は、熱処理によって、第一熱処理凝集塊の全重量の約5重量パーセント以下の第一第VIII族金属濃度を有する第一熱処理凝集塊を得るようなものである)、
前記第一熱処理凝集塊に、第一含浸溶液(前記第一含浸溶液には、第二第VIII族金属化合物が含まれる)を、第二第VIII族金属化合物濃度を有する第一含浸凝集塊を与えるような量で含浸させる工程並びに
前記第一含浸凝集塊を熱処理し、これによって前記第二第VIII族金属オーバーレイを有する第二熱処理凝集塊を得る工程(但し、前記第二熱処理凝集塊中の前記第一第VIII族金属及び前記第二第VIII族金属の両方の合計量は、前記第二熱処理凝集塊の約6重量パーセントを超え、前記第二熱処理凝集塊は、第VIB族金属を含有しない物質を有する)
から前記触媒組成物が製造される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第一熱処理凝集塊中の前記第一第VIII族金属化合物濃度が、0.2重量パーセントから4重量パーセントの範囲内である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記凝集塊が押出物である、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記凝集塊の前記熱処理に、前記凝集塊を、酸素の存在下で、371℃(700°F)から760℃(1400°F)の範囲内の温度で、前記第一熱処理凝集塊を得るために適切である時間の間焼成することが含まれる、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一含浸凝集塊の前記熱処理に、前記第一含浸凝集塊を、酸素の存在下で、371℃(700°F)から760℃(1400°F)の範囲内の温度で、前記第二熱処理凝集塊を得るために適切である時間の間焼成することが含まれる、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記第二熱処理凝集塊に、第二含浸溶液(前記第二含浸溶液には、第VIB族金属化合物が含まれる)を、前記第VIB族金属のある濃度を有する第二含浸凝集塊を与えるような量で含浸させる工程、並びに
前記第二含浸凝集塊を熱処理し、これによって第VIB族金属オーバーレイを有する第三熱処理凝集塊を得る工程(但し、前記第三熱処理凝集塊中の第VIB族金属の合計量は、8重量パーセントを超える範囲内である)
を含む、請求項5から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第二含浸凝集塊の前記熱処理に、前記第二含浸凝集塊を、酸素の存在下で、371℃(700°F)から760℃(1400°F)の範囲内の温度で、前記第三熱処理凝集塊を得るために適切である時間の間焼成することが含まれる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第三熱処理凝集塊中の第VIB族金属濃度が、9から15重量パーセントの範囲内である、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
