Claims (6)
- 流体を流すための調節用ボール弁であって、ボール(14)は、弁全開の限界位置から弁全閉の限界位置までで、及び、その逆の弁全閉の限界位置から弁全開の限界位置まで、ボール弁の通路(16)を生じるように回転可能であり、該通路(16)内に、少なくともふたつ以上の穴あきバッフル(17)を備え、該穴あきバッフルを流体の流れが、少なくとも両方の限界位置の間の中間位置で通過し、かつ流体の流れの少なくとも一部が穴あきバッフルを横切ることなくひとつのバッフルと他のバッフルの間を平行に移動できるボール弁において、
穴あきバッフル(17)は、両端が閉じられた2枚の穴あき金属板(18、19)から成り、その間に流体を透過する層(20)が配置されていることを特徴とするボール弁。 - 前記の層(20)が緩衝性の層であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のボール弁。
- 前記の層(20)が無秩序に配列されたフィラメントから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のボール弁。
- 前記のフィラメントが金属材料であることを特徴とする請求項3記載のボール弁。
- 前記の層がスチール・ウールから成っていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のボール弁。
- 前記の複数のバッフルが通路(16)の軸に傾斜して配置され、かつ両端が、流体が出入りするための通路の両側にある開口部に在って、全開位置の付近では、流体がバッフルの外面に沿って通路(16)を通過し、かつ、バッフルを横切らないでひとつのバッフルと他のバッフルの間を平行に移動することを特徴とする請求項1記載のボール弁。
