Description
一枚のガラス板と、
該ガラス板表面上に存在する第一の導電部品と、
鉛フリーはんだによって前記第一の導電部品と接続する第二の導電部品とを具え、
前記鉛フリーはんだが機械的応力緩和成分を含み、該機械的応力緩和成分が前記ガラス板中のはんだ付け領域における応力による不良の発生を抑制する、
車両用ガラスパネルが提供される。
σ=Atn
ここでnは使用する鉛フリーはんだのクリープ率の測定値であり、その値は-0.130よりも小さいことが好適である。また指数の前の係数Aは、冷却率およびガラスと導電部品との間の熱膨張の差を表すものである。発生した応力の初期の上昇は、ここで述べるように短い冷却時間の間に生じる。応力は、第二の導電部品を第一の導電部品と接続した時、つまり鉛フリーはんだを第一の導電部品に施した直後から測定する。はんだ付け工程の間、両導電部品およびガラス板表面の温度は上昇する。応力の初期の上昇は組立体が冷えると発生する。なぜならば、導電部品、鉛フリーはんだおよびガラス板の全てが、異なる熱膨張係数および初期加熱による熱膨張の割合による異なった冷却率を有しているからである。それゆえ引張力が生じる領域(特に第一の導電部品)および圧縮力が生じる領域(ガラス板)が組立体中に発生し、さらにガラス板中の応力による不良の発生が抑制される。先の式より、応力は時間の関数として記述され、与えられた冷却率(指数の前の係数Aで示される)により、またnはより負の値になるものとして、はんだのクリープ率は増加し、それゆえガラス板中の応力が緩和されるレベルはより早くなると推定することができる。
Claims (9)
- 一枚のガラス板と、
該ガラス板表面上に存在する第一の導電部品と、
鉛フリーはんだによって前記第一の導電部品と接続する第二の導電部品とを具え、
前記鉛フリーはんだが、スズを重量で50%よりも少ない量と、ビスマス、インジウムまたはアンチモンから選択した機械的応力緩和成分とを含み、該機械的応力緩和成分が前記ガラス板中のはんだ付け領域における応力による不良の発生を抑制する、車両用ガラスパネル。 - 前記ガラス板に生じる応力(σ)が、初期の上昇後の下降が時間(t)の関数で
σ=Atn
で表され、nの値が鉛フリーはんだのクリープ率の測定値であって、その値が-0.130よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の車両用ガラスパネル。 - 前記ガラス板の表面に、その周縁部に加熱インクの帯を設け、該加熱インクの帯の頂部の少なくとも一部に前記第一の導電部品を設けた、請求項1又は2に記載の車両用ガラスパネル。
- 前記ガラス板が強化ガラスであり、該ガラス板中の前記応力による不良の発生が前記加熱インクの帯およびこれに対応するガラスの領域での膨れとして現れる、請求項3記載の車両用ガラスパネル。
- 前記ガラス板が一つの積層体の一層であり、該ガラス板中の前記応力による不良の発生が該ガラス板の一つまたはそれ以上のクラックとして現れる、請求項3記載の車両用ガラスパネル。
- 前記ガラス板中の前記応力による不良が、前記はんだと前記第一の導電部品との界面での構造的な欠陥として現れる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の車両用ガラスパネル。
- 前記第一および第二の導電部品が、それぞれブスバーおよび電気コネクタを具える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の車両用ガラスパネル。
- 前記第一および第二の導電部品が、それぞれアンテナ要素およびアンテナコネクタを具える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項記載の車両用ガラスパネル。
- 二つまたはそれ以上の導電部品を接続するための鉛フリーはんだの、一枚のガラス板を含む車両用ガラスパネルへの使用において、該鉛フリーはんだが、スズを重量で50%よりも少ない量と、ビスマス、インジウムまたはアンチモンから選択した機械的応力緩和成分とを含み、該機械的応力緩和成分が前記ガラス板中のはんだ付け領域における応力による不良の発生を抑制する、鉛フリーはんだの使用方法。
