Abstract
솔더는 70 중량부 미만의 주석(Sn)과 30 중량부 이상의 반응율 조정제로 구성된다. 반응율 조정제는 전도체에 대한 솔더의 솔더접합 기능을 증가시킨다.

Claims (27)
- 창유리(window pane)에 있어서,
유리(glass)로부터 성형되고 제 1 열팽창 계수를 갖는 기판(substrate)과;
상기 기판의 역을 가로질러 부착되는 전기전도체(electrical conductor)와;
제 2 열팽창계수를 갖는 전기 연결구(electrical connector)로서, 상기 제 1 열팽창계수와 상기 제 2 열팽창계수 사이의 차이는 5×10-6/℃ 이하인, 상기 전기 연결구와;
상기 연결구에 결합되는 솔더접합 가능한 금속층(a layer of solderable metal)과;
솔더성분(solder composition)으로부터 형성되고 상기 솔더접합 가능한 금속층과 상기 전도체에 결합되는 솔더층으로서, 상기 연결구와 상기 전도체는 상기 솔더접합 가능한 금속층과 상기 솔더층을 통해 통전되는, 상기 솔더층을 포함하고,
상기 솔더성분은 납이 없는(free of lead) 성분이고, 상기 솔더성분은 상기 솔더성분 100 중량부당 30~90 중량부의 량으로 존재하는 반응율 조정제 및 상기 솔더성분 100 중량부당 5 중량부 이하의 량으로 존재하는 은(silver)을 함유하고,
상기 솔더접합 가능한 금속층과 상기 솔더층의 조합된 두께는 50×10-6 ~ 205×10-6m 인, 창유리. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 솔더층과 상기 솔더접합 가능한 금속층 사이의 접합과 또한 상기 솔더층과 상기 전도체 사이의 결합은 금속결합(metallic bond)을 이루는 창유리.

- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄은 알루미늄, 주석, 구리, 몰리브덴, 코발트, 닉켈, 지르코늄, 바나듐, 크롬, 니오븀, 탄탈륨, 팔라듐(palladium), 루테늄(ruthenium) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 금속과 합금(alloyed)되도록 하는 창유리.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 상기 연결구 100 중량부당 0.05~50 중량부로 존재하는 창유리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연결구는 철-니켈합금(iron-nickel alloy)으로 되는 창유리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연결구는 외면역(outer surface area)을 가지고 상기 외면에 클래딩(cladding)하며, 또한 상기 전도체로부터 공간을 가짐으로써 상기 클래딩이 기계적으로 상기 전도체로부터 기계적으로 절연되도록 한 창유리.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 상기 클래딩은 구리, 은, 알루미늄, 금 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 금속으로 이루어지는 창유리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전도체(conductor)는 은(silver)으로 되는 창유리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 또한 상기 기판과 상기 전도체 사이에 배치되는 세라믹층(ceramic layer)으로 구성되는 창유리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리(glass)는 자동차용 글래스(automotive glass)로 정의되는 창유리.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 상기 유리(glass)는 또한 소다-석회-실리카 글래스(soda-lime-silica glass)로 되는 창유리.
