Description
Claims (31)
- 内蔵型の寿命検出機能を有する構造であって、
該構造は、
第1および第2の導電層、および該導電層間に位置し、誘電材料、半導体材料および抵抗材料からなる群から選択される材料で形成される中間層であって、全体で、容量性素子および抵抗素子からなる群から選択される電気素子を形成し、該電気素子が、外的および内的な原因により生じる前記構造の一時的および恒久的な歪みに物理的に反応するように該構造内に位置するようになっている、第1および第2の導電層、および中間層、
前記電気素子からの電気信号を生成するため、前記第1および第2の導電層の少なくとも1つに電位をかける手段、
前記一時的および恒久的な歪みに物理的に反応する前記電気素子に応答して、該電気素子によって生成される前記電気信号の変化を検出する手段、および、
前記構造から離れた場所まで前記電気信号の変化を送信する手段、
を備えることを特徴とする、内蔵型の寿命検出機能を有する構造。 - 前記構造はタイヤである、請求項1に記載の構造。
- 前記構造はエアフォイルである、請求項1に記載の構造。
- 前記構造はパイプであり、前記第1および第2の導電層は、該パイプの径方向の内側と外側の層である、請求項1に記載の構造。
- 前記構造はタイヤであって、該タイヤは、該タイヤの外周面に位置するトレッド部と、該トレッド部に隣接し、該トレッド部から径方向内側に伸長する2つの側壁部と、該側壁部の径方向の内縁に位置するビード部を備え、前記電気素子は、前記トレッド部および側壁部のうち少なくとも一方に位置する、請求項1に記載の構造。
- 前記第1および第2の導電層が前記トレッド部と同心である、請求項5に記載の構造。
- 前記第1および第2の導電層の各々は、前記タイヤの補強層である、請求項6に記載の構造。
- 前記第1および第2の導電層の各々は、前記タイヤの導電性エラストマ層である、請求項6に記載の構造。
- 前記第1および第2の導電層の各々は、複数の並列ワイヤからなる、請求項6に記載の構造。
- 前記第1の導電層の前記並列ワイヤは、前記第2の導電層の前記並列ワイヤに対して実質的に直交している、請求項9に記載の構造。
- 前記第1および第2の導電層のうち少なくとも1つの前記並列ワイヤは、相互に電気的に絶縁され、容量性の信号を生成する少なくとも1つの容量対を形成する、請求項9に記載の構造。
- 前記容量対によって生成される前記容量性の信号の変化を検出するための手段をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の構造。
- 前記第1および第2の導電層のうち少なくとも1つの前記並列ワイヤは、互いに直列に接続され、連続導体を形成する、請求項9に記載の構造。
- 前記連続導体における前記抵抗の変化を検出する手段をさらに備える、請求項13に記載の構造。
- 前記タイヤはリムに取り付けられ、前記電位をかける手段は該リムに配置される、請求項5に記載の構造。
- 前記検出手段は、前記タイヤの前記側壁部のうちの1つに埋め込まれる、請求項5記載の構造。
- 前記送信手段は、前記タイヤの前記側壁部のうちの1つに埋め込まれる、請求項5記載の構造。
- 前記検出および送信手段は、前記タイヤの外側領域に着脱自在に埋め込まれた挿入体内に設けられる、請求項5記載の構造。
- 前記タイヤの少なくとも1つのビード部と、前記タイヤの前記トレッド部の少なくとも1つのコーナーとの近傍を検出する手段をさらに備える、請求項5記載の構造。
- 前記第1および第2の導電層の少なくとも1つにおける、電気的な不連続部を検出する手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の構造。
- 前記検出手段および前記送信手段が、前記構造に埋め込まれる、請求項1に記載の構造)。
- 前記構造に埋め込まれ、前記検出手段と前記第1および第2の導電層とを相互に電気的に接続する手段をさらに備える、請求項21に記載の構造。
- 前記中間層が誘電材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の構造。
- 前記中間層が半導体材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の構造。
- 前記中間層が抵抗材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の構造。
- 前記第1および第2の導電層の各々が複数の並列ワイヤからなる請求項1に記載の構造。
- 前記第1の導電層の前記並列ワイヤは、前記第2の導電層の前記並列ワイヤに対して実質的に直交している、請求項26に記載の構造。
- 前記第1および第2の導電層のうち少なくとも1つの前記並列ワイヤは、相互に電気的に絶縁され、容量性の信号を生成する少なくとも1つの容量性の対を形成する、請求項26に記載の構造。
- 前記容量性の対によって生成される前記容量性の信号の変化を検出するための手段をさらに備える、請求項28に記載の構造。
- 前記第1および第2の導電層のうち少なくとも1つの前記並列ワイヤは、互いに直列に接続され、連続導体を形成する、請求項26に記載の構造。
- 前記連続導体における前記抵抗の変化を検出する手段をさらに備える、請求項30に記載の構造。
