Claims (4)
- 所定の角度範囲に送信波を送信し、対象物に反射される反射波を受信するレーダーセンサと、
前記受信した反射波の角度に対する強度分布から、強度のピークを求め、前記ピークに基づいて、前記対象物の方向を決定する処理部とを有するレーダー装置において、
前記処理部は、前記角度範囲の端部において、反射波を検出し、且つ前記ピークを検出しないことを判定し、前記ピークを検出しないで且つ端部で反射波を検出した場合には、前記端部における1受信ステップ前の前記反射波の強度と前記受信した現受信ステップでの前記反射波の強度とを比較し、前記受信した現受信ステップでの前記反射波の強度が前記1受信ステップ前の反射波の強度より、大きい場合に継続回数をカウントアップし、前記現受信ステップの強度を1受信ステップ前の強度に変更し、前記2つの反射波の強度の比較を繰り返し、前記現受信ステップでの前記反射波の強度が前記1受信ステップ前の反射波の強度より、小さい場合に現受信ステップの継続回数の計数を終了し、計数した前記継続回数に応じて、前記端部からの対象物の位置を特定することを
特徴とするレーダー装置。 - 前記処理部は、前記対象物までの距離を算出し、前記算出された前記距離が所定の範囲内であった場合に、前記端部における対象物の存在の判定を行うことを
特徴とする請求項1のレーダー装置。 - レーダーセンサから所定の角度範囲に送信波を送信し、対象物に反射された反射波の角度に対する強度分布から、強度のピークを求めるステップと、
前記ピークに基づいて、前記対象物の方向を決定するステップと、
前記角度範囲の端部において、反射波を検出し、且つ前記ピークを検出しないことを判定するステップと、
前記ピークを検出しないで且つ端部で反射波を検出した場合には、前記端部における1受信ステップ前の前記反射波の強度と前記受信した現受信ステップでの前記反射波の強度とを比較し、前記受信した現受信ステップでの前記反射波の強度が前記1受信ステップ前の反射波の強度より、大きい場合に継続回数をカウントアップし、前記現受信ステップの強度を1受信ステップ前の強度に変更し、前記2つの反射波の強度の比較を繰り返し、前記現受信ステップでの前記反射波の強度が前記1受信ステップ前の反射波の強度より、小さい場合に現受信ステップの継続回数の計数を終了するステップと、
計数した前記継続回数に応じて、前記端部からの対象物の位置を特定するステップとを有することを
