Description
特許第2695083号公報(特許文献1)には、電気動力駆動の車両に使用されるモータ駆動装置および動力処理装置が開示されている。この技術では、モータ駆動装置は2つの誘導電動機を含み、一方の誘導電動機のステータ巻線の中性点と他方の誘導電動機のステータ巻線の中性点との間に交流電力供給源を接続して充電を行なう。
好ましくは、発電装置は、太陽電池である。
商用電力系統に接続されていない独立型発電装置は、たとえば風力発電装置や太陽光発電装置のように電力供給が変動するものがある。このような電力供給が安定しない発電装置では、電気自動車の充電装置としては充電完了までの時間が変動し、専用のエネルギ供給手段としては問題がある場合もある。
図1を参照して、この車両100は、バッテリユニットBUと、昇圧コンバータ10と、インバータ20,30と、電源ラインPL1,PL2と、接地ラインSLと、U相ラインUL1,UL2と、V相ラインVL1,VL2と、W相ラインWL1,WL2と、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2と、エンジン4と、動力分配機構3と、車輪2とを含む。
電圧センサ73は、コンデンサC1の両端の電圧、すなわち、昇圧コンバータ10の入力電圧VLを検出し、その検出した電圧VLを制御装置60へ出力する。電圧センサ72は、コンデンサC2の両端の電圧、すなわち、昇圧コンバータ10の出力電圧VH(インバータ20,30の入力電圧に相当する。以下同じ。)を検出し、その検出した電圧VHを制御装置60へ出力する。
図2を参照して、制御装置60は、コンバータ制御部61と、第1のインバータ制御部62と、第2のインバータ制御部63と、電力入力制御部64とを含む。コンバータ制御部61は、バッテリ電圧VB1、電圧VH、トルク指令値TR1,TR2、およびモータ回転数MRN1,MRN2に基づいて昇圧コンバータ10のnpn型トランジスタQ1,Q2をON/OFFするための信号PWCを生成し、その生成した信号PWCを昇圧コンバータ10へ出力する。
図3を参照して、コンバータ制御部61は、インバータ入力電圧指令演算部112と、フィードバック電圧指令演算部114と、デューティー比演算部116と、PWM信号変換部118とを含む。

図5では、図1のインバータ20および30のうちのU相アームが代表として示されている。またモータジェネレータの3相コイルのうちU相コイルが代表として示されている。U相について代表的に説明すれば各相コイルには同相の電流が流されるので、他の2相の回路もU相と同じ動きをする。
図5、図6を参照して、まず電圧VIN>0すなわちラインACL1の電圧VM1がラインACL2の電圧VM2よりも高い場合には、昇圧コンバータのトランジスタQ1はON状態とされ、トランジスタQ2はOFF状態とされる。これにより昇圧コンバータ10は電源ラインPL2から電源ラインPL1に向けて充電電流を流すことができるようになる。
実施の形態1では、車両に接続される発電装置からは二相交流または直流が与えられる場合について説明した。実施の形態2では発電装置から三相交流が与えられる場合の例について説明する。
図8を参照して、車両200は、図1に示した車両100の構成において電圧センサ74、リレー回路40およびコネクタ50に代えて接続切換部240と、コネクタ250とを含む。他の部分の構成については図1で示した車両100と同じであるので説明は繰返さない。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関の燃料の補給と蓄電装置への充電によって外部からエネルギ補給が可能な車両の電源装置であって、
前記蓄電装置と、
車両の外部に商用電力系統とは独立して設置され、出力の周波数または電圧が不規則に変動し得る発電装置から、与えられる電力を受けて前記蓄電装置に充電を行なうための接続部と、
運転時において前記蓄電装置から電力を受ける負荷回路として動作し、前記発電装置から電力を受ける充電時において前記接続部と前記蓄電装置との間に接続され、前記接続部から与えられる前記電力の電圧の変動を検知して前記蓄電装置の充電に適した電流及び電圧に変換する電力変換部とを備える、車両の電源装置。 - 前記接続部は、
第1、第2の端子を含み、
前記電力変換部は、
前記第1の端子に接続される第1の回転電機と、
前記第1の回転電機に対応して設けられ、前記蓄電装置との間で電力を授受する第1のインバータと、
前記第2の端子に接続される第2の回転電機と、
前記第2の回転電機に対応して設けられ、前記蓄電装置との間で電力を授受する第2のインバータと、
前記第1、第2の端子を経由して与えられる前記電力の電圧および電流を検知するセンサと、
前記センサの出力に応じて、前記第1、第2の端子間に与えられる電力が直流電力に変換されて前記蓄電装置に与えられるように前記第1、第2のインバータに対して制御を行なう制御装置とを含む、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記第1の端子は、前記第1の回転電機のステータの中性点に接続され、
前記第2の端子は、前記第2の回転電機のステータの中性点に接続される、請求項2に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記発電装置は、
入力回転軸に回転子が接続された第3の回転電機を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記第1、第2のインバータを制御して前記蓄電装置の電力によって前記第3の回転電機を制御して前記入力回転軸の初動を補助した後に前記第3の回転電機による発電電力を受入れて前記蓄電装置を蓄電する、請求項2に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記第2の回転電機の回転軸は、車輪の回転軸と機械的に結合され、
前記内燃機関は、クランク軸が前記第1の回転電機の回転軸に機械的に結合される、請求項2に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 蓄電装置と、
車両の外部に設置された発電電力が変動する発電装置から、与えられる電力を受けて前記蓄電装置に充電を行なうための接続部と、
運転時において前記蓄電装置から電力を受ける負荷回路として動作し、前記発電装置から電力を受ける充電時において前記接続部と前記蓄電装置との間に接続され、前記接続部から与えられる前記電力の電圧の変動を検知して前記蓄電装置の充電に適した電流及び電圧に変換する電力変換部とを備え、
前記接続部は、
接続端子群を含み、
前記電力変換部は、
前記蓄電装置との間で電力を授受するインバータと、
車両運転時において前記インバータによって回転制御が行なわれる第1の回転電機と、
前記インバータと前記第1の回転電機との間に設けられ前記第1の回転電機と前記接続端子群のいずれか一方を選択して前記インバータに接続する接続切換部とを含み、
前記発電装置は、
入力回転軸に回転子が接続された第2の回転電機を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記接続端子群に前記発電装置が接続されたことを検知した場合は、前記インバータを制御して前記蓄電装置の電力によって前記第2の回転電機を制御して前記入力回転軸の初動を補助した後に前記第2の回転電機による発電電力を受入れて前記蓄電装置を蓄電する、車両の電源装置。 - 前記発電装置は、風力発電装置である、請求項1または6に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 前記発電装置は、太陽電池である、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。
