Description
本発明の実施の形態1を図1〜図3により説明する。図1は本発明の実施の形態1における略1画素の平面図であり、図2は図1におけるA−A断面図、図3は図1におけるB−B断面図である。
本発明の実施の形態2を図4により説明する。図4は本発明の実施の形態2における略1画素の平面図である。図4において、図1〜図3と同じ構成部分については同一の符号を付している。
Claims (7)
- 1画素内に、光を透過する透過領域と、外光を反射する反射領域とを備えた表示装置であって、
前記透過領域の画素電極を形成する第1の透明導電膜と、前記反射領域を形成する反射電極の上層に形成される第2の透明導電膜とが、当該第1と第2の透明導電膜と一体形成された透明導電膜にて接続されており、該接続部の透明導電膜の下層に独立の不透明導電膜を備えることを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記独立の不透明導電膜が形成された接続部における透明導電膜の幅が20μm以下である領域を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の表示装置。
- 前記不透明導電膜は、前記接続部における透明導電膜のパターンの幅よりも大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の表示装置。
- 1画素内に形成された光を透過する透過領域及び外光を反射する反射領域と、前記透過領域の画素電極を形成する第1の透明導電膜と、前記反射領域を形成する反射電極の上層に形成される第2の透明導電膜と、前記第1と第2の透明導電膜とを接続すべく前記第1と第2の透明導電膜と一体形成され、且つ下層に独立の不透明導電膜を備える接続部と、
を備えた表示装置の修復方法であって、
当該接続部をレーザ照射することで切断することを特徴とする表示装置の修復方法。 - 前記独立の不透明導電膜が形成された接続部における透明導電膜の幅が20μm以下である領域を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の表示装置の修復方法。
- 前記不透明導電膜は、前記接続部における透明導電膜のパターンの幅よりも大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の表示装置の修復方法。
- 前記レーザ照射は、表示装置を構成する絶縁性基板のうち、前記第1と第2の透明導電膜が形成された絶縁性基板において、該第1と第2の透明導電膜が形成された面とは反対の面側から照射されることを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれかに記載の表示装置の修復方法。
