Description
上記一方の摺動面(100)には、凸状の受圧部(83)が形成されており、上記他方の摺動面(101)には、該受圧部(83)と対向する部分が実質的に平坦に形成されており、上記他方の摺動面(101)の硬度が、上記一方の摺動面(100)よりも高く、上記一方の摺動面(100)がアルミニウム合金により形成されていることを特徴とする。
これにより、スラスト軸受(53)の流体潤滑状態が確保される。
一方の摺動面100を有するスクロール側プレート53aの試験片として、鋳鉄材Aを用い、他方の摺動面101を有するハウジング側プレート53bの試験片として、硬質材Bを用いて、実施例1を得た。一方の摺動面100のビッカース硬度は160HVであり、他方の摺動面101のビッカース硬度は720HVであり、両摺動面のビッカース硬度差は560HVであった。
他方の摺動面101を有するハウジング側プレート53bの試験片として、硬質材Cを用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして実施例2を得た。他方の摺動面101のビッカース硬度は720HVであり、両摺動面のビッカース硬度差は560HVであった。
他方の摺動面101を有するハウジング側プレート53bの試験片として、硬質材Dを用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして実施例3を得た。他方の摺動面101のビッカース硬度は720HVであり、両摺動面のビッカース硬度差は560HVであった。
他方の摺動面101を有するハウジング側プレート53bの試験片として、硬質材Eを用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして実施例4を得た。他方の摺動面101のビッカース硬度は770HVであり、両摺動面のビッカース硬度差は610HVであった。
他方の摺動面101を有するハウジング側プレート53bの試験片として、鋳鉄材Aを用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして比較例を得た。両摺動面のビッカース硬度差は0HVであった。
上述した実施例1〜4及び比較例を用いて、摩耗量の評価を次のように行った。

Claims (13)
- ハウジング(15)に固定された固定スクロール(38)と、回転軸(21)によって該固定スクロール(38)に対して旋回する可動スクロール(32)とを備え、該可動スクロール(32)が受ける軸方向の力を受けるスラスト軸受(53)を有し、該スラスト軸受(53)が、一方の摺動面(100)と、該一方の摺動面(100)に対向する他方の摺動面(101)とを有するスクロール型圧縮機において、
前記一方の摺動面(100)には、凸状の受圧部(83)が形成されており、前記他方の摺動面(101)には、該受圧部(83)と対向する部分が実質的に平坦に形成されており、
前記他方の摺動面(101)の硬度が、前記一方の摺動面(100)よりも高く、
前記一方の摺動面(100)が鋳鉄により形成されていることを特徴とするスクロール型圧縮機。 - 前記他方の摺動面(101)と前記一方の摺動面(100)とのビッカース硬度差が300HV以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 前記一方の摺動面(100)が、前記可動スクロール(32)と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 前記一方の摺動面(100)が、前記ハウジング(15)と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 前記受圧部(83)が、該受圧部(83)の周縁部に形成されたダレ部(83b)と、該ダレ部(83b)の内側の平坦部(83a)とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 前記ダレ部(83b)が、なじみ運転により形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 前記受圧部(83)は略円形状であり、溝(85)に囲まれて互いに独立した浮島形状の複数の該受圧部(83)が、千鳥配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 前記受圧部(83)は略矩形状であり、溝(85)に囲まれて互いに独立した浮島形状の複数の該受圧部(83)が、格子状に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 前記受圧部(83)が円環状の形状をなし、溝(85)に囲まれて互いに独立した浮島形状の複数の該受圧部(83)が、同心円状に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 前記一方の摺動面(100)には、前記受圧部(83)が形成されている領域を囲むように外周シール部(81)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 前記スラスト軸受(53)における前記一方の摺動面(100)および前記他方の摺動面(101)に潤滑油を含む流体を供給し、該他方の摺動面(101)に対する前記受圧部(83)の摺動速度が0.5m/sec以上となり、該受圧部(83)に平均面圧0.5〜20MPaの荷重がかかり、前記流体の使用状態における動粘度が0.1〜10cstとなる状態で使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 前記流体には、二酸化炭素が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 請求項1に記載のスクロール型圧縮機の製造方法において、なじみ運転を行うことにより、前記受圧部(53)の周縁部にダレ部(83b)を形成することを特徴とするスクロール型圧縮機の製造方法。
