Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る角速度センサ素子1の一例を示す平面図である。
この角速度センサ素子1は、3つのセンサユニット10a〜10b及び基部4からなる素子部と、素子部を包囲し、第1連結腕5a〜5cを介して素子部に連結された枠状の第1固定部6と、第1固定部6の外側に配置され、第2連結腕7a〜7cを介して第1固定部6に連結された枠状の第2固定部8とを備える。
Claims (3)
- 駆動系及び検出系の振動腕を備えた素子部と、
前記素子部を包囲する正六角形の枠状の第1固定部と、
前記素子部及び前記第1固定部を連結する3つの第1連結腕と、
前記第1固定部の周囲の少なくとも一部に配置された第2固定部と、
前記第1固定部及び前記第2固定部を連結する3つの第2連結腕と、
を有し、
前記素子部は、
前記第1連結腕に連結された基部と、
前記基部、前記第1固定部、及び前記第1連結腕により画成される領域に配置され、かつ前記基部に連結された、素子面内で振動する駆動系の振動腕及びコリオリ力により素子面内で振動する検出系の振動腕と、
を有し、
前記基部は、素子の中心に位置し、
前記振動腕は、
基板と、
前記基板上に形成された圧電素子と、
を有し、
3つの前記第1連結腕は、前記第1固定部の正六角形の枠のうち、互いに隣接しない3辺の中央部にそれぞれ連結され、
3つの前記第2連結腕は、前記第1固定部の正六角形の枠のうち、3つの前記第1連結腕が連結されていない残りの3辺の中央部にそれぞれ連結されている、

前記基部に連結された検出腕と、
前記検出腕の両側に配置され、かつ前記基部に連結された2つの駆動腕と、
を有する請求項1に記載の角速度センサ素子。 - 前記第2連結腕上に、前記第2連結腕の変形を検出する圧電素子が形成されている、
