Claims (4)
- 吸気バルブのリフト量を変更可能な可変動弁機構を備える内燃機関において、燃料噴射量を制御するための制御装置であって、
吸気バルブの実リフト量を検出する手段と、
前記検出された実リフト量を、時定数が一定であるように、目標リフト量に収束するように所定の制御周期でフィードバック制御する手段と、
前記目標リフト量および前記実リフト量の差に所定のゲインを乗算した値を、該実リフト量に加算することにより、次の制御周期のリフト量の予測値を算出する予測値算出手段であって、該ゲインは、該制御周期の長さおよび前記時定数に基づいて算出される、予測値算出手段と、
前記リフト量の予測値に基づいて、前記次の制御周期で噴射すべき燃料噴射量を算出する手段と、
を備える、制御装置。 - p回前の制御周期において決定された目標リフト量を求める手段であって、前記吸気バルブが静止状態から作動状態に遷移するまでの無効時間に基づいて、該pの値を求める手段と、を備え、
前記吸気バルブが静止状態から作動状態に遷移したことが判定されたならば、前記予測値算出手段は、前記目標リフト量として、前記p回前の制御周期において決定された目標リフト量を用いる、
請求項1に記載の制御装置。 - 前記吸気バルブが作動していることが判定されたならば、前記予測値算出手段は、前記目標リフト量として、今回の制御周期で決定された目標リフト量を用いる、請求項2に記載の制御装置。
- さらに、
前記吸気バルブの作動速度を検出する手段と、
前記検出された作動速度に従って、前記吸気バルブが静止状態から作動状態に遷移したか、または該吸気バルブが作動しているか、を判定する手段と、
を備える、請求項3に記載の制御装置。
