Claims (19)
- 表面プラズモン共鳴装置と涙堆積手段とを有しており、表面プラズモン共鳴装置は感知面を有しており、涙堆積手段は患者の目からの涙サンプルを感知面と接触状に配置し、表面プラズモン共鳴装置は感知面からの光の反射により生じた光吸収パターンから涙サンプルの浸透圧モル濃度パラメーターを決定する測定要素を有していることを特徴とする医療診断システム。
- 表面プラズモン共鳴装置が携帯プローブの形であり、涙堆積手段が感知面と患者の目の催涙部との接触を容易とするプローブの形を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 表面プラズモン共鳴装置がプローブの操作端上の所定の位置に配置できる取外し可能な金属・フィルム鞘体を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 表面プラズモン共鳴装置が該装置上の所定の位置に配置された金属・フィルムキャリアーを有していることを特徴とする請求項に1記載のシステム。
- 前記の金属・フィルムキャリアーが板であり、表面プラズモン共鳴装置がシリンダー状のプリズムを有しており、前記の板がシリンダー状プリズム上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 涙堆積手段が涙抽出要素を有しており、該涙抽出要素は患者の目から涙サンプルを抽出して感知面上に涙サンプルを配置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 涙抽出要素がマイクロピペットを有していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 涙抽出要素が吸収性有孔材を有していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 表面プラズモン共鳴装置が感光素子と感光素子に作動接続されたコンピューターまたはマイクロプロセッサーとを有しており、該コンピューターまたはマイクロプロセッサーは感知面による光吸収のパターンを符号化する電気信号を感光素子から受け取り、かつ感光素子からの映像を分析するべくプログラムされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 感光素子がカメラであり、電気信号がビデオ信号であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 感光素子が多素子フォトダイオードであり、電気信号がアナログ差信号であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- コンピューターまたはマイクロプロセッサーが吸収ライン位置を吸収ライン位置と浸透圧モル濃度とを相関づける予記録データと比較するようにプログラムされていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 表面プラズモン共鳴装置が感知面と感光素子と該感光素子に作動接続されたコンピューターまたはマイクロプロセッサーを有しており、感知面は患者の目からの涙サンプルと接触するものであり、コンピューターまたはマイクロプロセッサーは感知面による光吸収パターンを符号化する電気信号を感光素子から受け取り、コンピューターまたはマイクロプロセッサーは、感光素子からのデータを分析して感知面と接触した涙サンプルの浸透圧モル濃度に関するパラメーターを定めるようにプログラムされていることを特徴とする医療診断システム。
- 感光素子がカメラであり、電気信号がビデオ信号であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 感光素子が多素子フォトダイオードであり、電気信号がアナログ差信号であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- コンピューターまたはマイクロプロセッサーが吸収ライン位置を吸収ライン位置と浸透圧モル濃度とを相関付ける予記録データと比較する手段を有していることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 表面プラズモン共鳴装置が携帯ケースと操作端とを有しており、操作端は操作端上の感知面と患者の目の催涙部との接触を容易とするものであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 感知面が第2の金属の第2の層上に配置された第1の金属の第1の層を有していることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 第2の層が透明材料の基層上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
