Description
まず、実施形態1についてスクロール圧縮機から説明する。
スクロール圧縮機(10)において、電動機(16)で発生した回転動力は、駆動軸(20)によって可動スクロール(50)に伝達される。駆動軸(20)の偏心部(21)と係合する可動スクロール(50)は、オルダムリング(39)によって案内され、自転することなく公転運動だけを行う。
この実施形態1では、冷媒凝縮温度が異なる2系統(複数系統)の冷媒循環経路を有する冷媒回路(90)を備えた冷凍装置において、2つの圧縮機構(31,32)を有する1台のスクロール圧縮機(10)で冷媒回路(90)を駆動できる。そして、第1圧縮機構(31)と第2圧縮機構(32)の圧縮比と押しのけ容積が異なるため、各冷媒循環経路には、それぞれに適した圧力比と循環量の冷媒を供給でき、ロスの少ない効率的な運転を行うことができる。また、圧縮機(10)を一台にしているため、設置スペースが少なくて済むとともに、装置のコストも低減できる。
本発明の実施形態2について説明する。この実施形態2は、図7に示すように、冷媒回路(90)の構成が実施形態1と異なるものである。スクロール圧縮機(10)の構成は実施形態1と同じである。そこで、冷媒回路(90)の構成についてのみ説明する。
実施形態2において、冷媒回路(90)は図8に示すように構成してもよい。
本発明の実施形態3について説明する。この実施形態3のスクロール圧縮機(10)は、本体機構(30)の構造が実施形態1,2とは異なる例である。
本発明は、上記実施形態について、以下のような構成としてもよい。

Claims (2)
- 冷媒蒸発温度及び冷媒凝縮温度の少なくとも一方が異なる運転が可能な複数系統の冷媒循環経路を有する冷媒回路(90)を備えた冷凍装置であって、
冷媒回路(90)の圧縮機(10)が、第1の冷媒循環経路に接続される第1圧縮機構(31)と、第2の冷媒循環経路に接続される第2圧縮機構(32)とを、一つのケーシング(11)内に備え、
第1圧縮機構(31)と第2圧縮機構(32)の圧縮比が相違し、
第1圧縮機構(31)及び第2圧縮機構(32)がスクロール圧縮機構であり、
第1平板部(51)、第1可動側ラップ(53)、第2平板部(52)、及び第2可動側ラップ(54)が順に積層されて一体化された可動スクロール(50)と、第1可動側ラップ(53)に噛合する第1固定側ラップ(42)と第2可動側ラップ(54)に噛合する第2固定側ラップ(47)とを有する固定スクロール(40)とを備え、
第1固定側ラップ(42)と第1可動側ラップ(53)により第1圧縮機構(31)が構成され、
第2固定側ラップ(47)と第2可動側ラップ(54)により第2圧縮機構(32)が構成されていることを特徴とする冷凍装置。 - 冷媒蒸発温度及び冷媒凝縮温度の少なくとも一方が異なる運転が可能な複数系統の冷媒循環経路を有する冷媒回路(90)を備えた冷凍装置であって、
冷媒回路(90)の圧縮機(10)が、第1の冷媒循環経路に接続される第1圧縮機構(31)と、第2の冷媒循環経路に接続される第2圧縮機構(32)とを、一つのケーシング(11)内に備え、
第1圧縮機構(31)と第2圧縮機構(32)の圧縮比が相違し、
第1圧縮機構(31)及び第2圧縮機構(32)がスクロール圧縮機構であり、
平板部(55)の一方の面に立設された第1可動側ラップ(53)と該平板部(55)の他方の面に立設された第2可動側ラップ(54)とを有する可動スクロール(50)と、第1可動側ラップ(53)に噛合する第1固定側ラップ(42)と第2可動側ラップ(54)に噛合する第2固定側ラップ(47)とを有する固定スクロール(40)とを備え、
第1固定側ラップ(42)と第1可動側ラップ(53)により第1圧縮機構(31)が構成され、
第2固定側ラップ(47)と第2可動側ラップ(54)により第2圧縮機構(31)が構成されていることを特徴とする冷凍装置。
