Claims (4)
- ダイヘッドと、塗工液供給ポンプと、塗工液貯蔵容器と、これらを接続する塗工液配管とからなる塗工装置において、前記塗工液配管途中に気体混合溶剤送出手段が接続されており、前記気体混合溶剤送出手段が、溶剤容器と、前記溶剤容器に接続されている溶剤配管と、混合用気体貯蔵容器と、前記混合用気体貯蔵容器に接続されている混合用気体配管と、前記溶剤配管の終端と前記混合用気体配管の終端とを接続する混合用弁と、この混合用弁から伸びる気体混合溶剤送出配管とを備えており、溶剤と混合用気体の流量および混合比率を調整する機能を有し、前記溶剤容器に溶剤使用量測定機構を、前記混合用気体貯蔵容器に気体使用量測定機構を備え、溶剤および混合用気体の使用量に応じて前記混合用弁の開閉を制御する手段を有することを特徴とする塗工装置。
- 請求項1記載の塗工装置において、前記気体混合溶剤送出手段が、前記塗工液貯蔵容器から取り外した前記塗工液配管の端部を連結できる機構を有する配管に接続されていることを特徴とする塗工装置。
- 溶剤の流速制御手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の塗工装置。
- 混合用気体の流速制御手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の塗工装置。
