(B)長円形状の柱状構造体とした反応容器(本発明品1)
(C)複数の屈曲形状の柱状構造体とした反応容器(本発明品2)
(D)複数の円形状の柱状構造体とした反応容器(本発明品3)
で比較を行った。

Claims (10)
- 核酸の増幅に用いる核酸増幅反応容器であって、基板と、この基板内に形成されたキャビティと、このキャビティを封止するための蓋板と、この蓋板に形成されたサンプル注入孔とを備え、前記キャビティ内に蓋板もしくは基板に接続され、前記キャビティ内の熱伝導を促進させて前記核酸の増幅反応を高めるための柱状構造体を設けた核酸増幅反応容器。
- 柱状構造体の形状を円形状、長円形状、屈曲形状のいずれかとした請求項1に記載の核酸増幅反応容器。
- 柱状構造体を複数個設けた請求項1に記載の核酸増幅反応容器。
- 柱状構造体を蓋板もしくは基板と同一の材料とし、その接合面が存在しない一体構造体とした請求項1に記載の核酸増幅反応容器。
- 基板と柱状構造体を直接接合した請求項1に記載の核酸増幅反応容器。
- 蓋と柱状構造体を直接接合した請求項1に記載の核酸増幅反応容器。
- 核酸の増幅に用いる核酸増幅反応容器であって、基板と、この基板内に形成されたキャビティと、このキャビティを封止するための蓋板と、この蓋板に形成されたサンプル注入孔とを備え、前記キャビティ内の熱伝導を促進させて前記核酸の増幅反応を高めるために前記キャビティの形状をミアンダ形状もしくは渦巻き形状とした核酸増幅反応容器。
- 蓋板をガラスとし、基板をシリコンとした請求項1または4に記載の核酸増幅反応容器。
- 基板上にキャビティを形成する工程と、
前記キャビティを封止するための蓋板上にサンプル注入孔を形成する工程と、前記蓋板もしくは前記基板に前記キャビティ内の熱伝導を促進させて前記核酸の増幅反応を高めるための柱状構造体を設ける工程と、
前記蓋板と前記基板の間の接合を陽極接合法もしくは直接接合法のいずれかの方法で行う工程とを備えた核酸増幅反応容器の製造方法。 - 基板上にミアンダ形状もしくは渦巻き形状のキャビティを形成する工程と、
前記キャビティを封止するための蓋板上にサンプル注入孔を形成する工程と、
前記蓋板と前記基板の間の接合を陽極接合法もしくは直接接合法のいずれかの方法で行う工程とを備えた核酸増幅反応容器の製造方法。
