Claims (4)
- 平滑面を有する剥離性基材上に、固体酸化物形燃料電池用電極形成材料又は固体酸化物形燃料電池用電解質形成材料と熱可塑性樹脂を含むバインダーとを混合したペーストを印刷し乾燥させることにより、被転写体に熱転写するための電極形成層又は電解質形成層を形成し、
前記電極形成層又は電解質形成層の上面に、更にヒートシール性樹脂層を積層し、
前記バインダーと前記ヒートシール性樹脂層とが、同一の熱可塑性樹脂を含有していることを特徴とする固体酸化物形燃料電池用熱転写シート。 - 前記剥離性基材は、マット化処理が施された合成樹脂製のフィルム又はシートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池用熱転写シート。
- 前記剥離性基材は、フィルム又はシートの表面に、剥離層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池用熱転写シート。
- 固体電解質上に、熱転写された請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池用熱転写シートの電極形成層が形成されていることを特徴とする固体酸化物形燃料電池用積層体。
