Claims (2)
- 液晶パネルと、
ドライバが実装され前記液晶パネルと接続されている回路フィルムと、
前記回路フィルムに形成される複数個の第1パッドと、
前記液晶パネルに形成され、前記第1パッドと接続されている複数個の第2パッドを備える液晶表示装置であって、
前記第1パッドのそれぞれは、ボンディングされる面積が大きい少なくとも2個の第1ボンディング領域及びボンディングされる面積が小さい少なくとも2個の第2ボンディング領域を含む形状を有し、
前記各第1パッドでは、前記少なくとも2個の第1ボンディング領域及び少なくとも2個の第2ボンディング領域が交互に一列に配置されて配列され、
前記各第1パッドの第1ボンディング領域と隣接する第1パッドの第2ボンディング領域とが隣り合うように、前記各第1パッドは、隣接する第1パッドと反対に配置され、
前記第1ボンディング領域は、四角形、八角形、三角形、菱形または円形のように様々な形状を有し、
前記各第2パッドは、前記各第1パッドと同一形状を有することを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
- 前記回路フィルムに、TCPまたはCOFまたはFPCを使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
