Claims (3)
- 上水処理設備の膜濾過装置に用いられる中空糸膜であって、凝集沈殿処理により生じた金属フロックを含有する処理水を膜ろ過処理する中空糸膜の洗浄方法において、
前記中空糸膜を有する膜モジュール内にpHが1〜3の硫酸酸性の洗浄液を3〜15分保持して静置する静置時間を設けるとともに、
前記静置時間後に前記膜モジュール内から排液した酸性洗浄液を、前記凝集沈殿処理前の処理水に返送することを特徴とする中空糸膜の洗浄方法。 - 前記静置時間における前記膜モジュール内の前記洗浄液のpHを均一に制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空糸膜の洗浄方法。
- 前記凝集沈殿処理前の処理水のpHを測定し、該pHの測定値に応じて前記硫酸酸性の洗浄液のpHを調節することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の中空糸膜の洗浄方法。
