Claims (4)
- 複数の入力信号のうち最大又は最小レベルの信号を選択的に出力する最大又は最小値出力回路であって、
ベースに各々異なる入力信号が入力されており、コレクタ−エミッタが並列に接続された複数の入力トランジスタと、
前記複数の入力トランジスタに流れる電流に応じた電流を出力するカレントミラー回路と、
前記カレントミラー回路の出力電流に応じた電流をコレクタ−エミッタ間に流すことにより、ベースから前記複数の入力トランジスタのベースに入力される前記入力信号のうち最大又は最小レベルの入力信号に応じた信号を出力する出力トランジスタとを有することを特徴とする最大又は最小値出力回路。 - 前記複数の入力トランジスタ、及び、前記出力トランジスタは、バイポーラトランジスタから構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の最大又は最小値出力回路。
- 前記カレントミラー回路は、MOSトランジスタから構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の最大又は最小値出力回路。
- 前記複数の入力トランジスタ、及び、前記出力トランジスタは、同じ特性のトランジスタから構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項記載の最大又は最小値出力回路。
