Claims (5)
- 電解質を一対の電極間に配設した電解質・電極構造体を、第1及び第2セパレータで挟持する燃料電池であって、
前記第1又は第2セパレータに設けられ、前記電解質・電極構造体の外周部を前記第1又は第2セパレータに対して位置決めするための位置決めリブと、
前記第1及び第2セパレータに設けられる第1及び第2位置決め用孔部に挿入され、該第1及び第2セパレータ同士を位置決めするための第1及び第2絶縁性位置決め部材と、
前記第1及び第2セパレータの外周を、複数個所で一体的に保持する複数の金属固定部材と、
を備え、
前記金属固定部材は、前記位置決めリブに近接し、且つ前記第1及び第2セパレータを介して前記電解質・電極構造体を挟持した際に、前記電解質・電極構造体の前記位置決めリブへの乗り上げ及び該電解質・電極構造体の脱落を阻止する位置に配置されることを特徴とする燃料電池。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池において、前記金属固定部材は、前記絶縁性位置決め部材の近傍に配置されることを特徴とする燃料電池。
- 請求項1又は2記載の燃料電池において、前記第1及び第2セパレータは、金属セパレータであり、前記金属セパレータの変形し易い個所に対応して前記金属固定部材が配置されることを特徴とする燃料電池。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池において、前記金属固定部材は、金属クリップ部材又は折曲可能な金属止め部材であることを特徴とする燃料電池。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池において、前記位置決めリブは、複数個有するとともに、各辺毎に設けられることを特徴とする燃料電池。
