Description
バーナー11a〜11hは互いに同じに形成されている。バーナーは復熱管109を有し、復熱管はそのオリフィスに向かって先が細くなり、その端部で保持リング108により保持され、復熱管の内部通路が環状の溝110を介して空気を排出するライン114に接続され、向流で排ガスと新鮮な空気との熱交換を行う。それぞれの復熱管109は内部で燃料供給管112を包囲する。この管は保持リング114に保持され、この保持リングは他の保持リング101,102,103、108と一緒にスタックを形成する。外部に向かってスタックはかなり厚い断熱ディスク115により覆われている。温度センサ116および点火バーナー117が断熱ディスク115および保持リングのスタックをとおり燃焼室8に延びている。
Claims (10)
- 断熱された加熱室(8)を有し、前記加熱室に少なくとも1個のバーナー(11)が配置され、少なくとも1個の反応容器(23)を有し、前記反応容器が加熱室(8)中に延びており、前記反応容器に少なくとも1個の導入通路(37)が導入し、前記反応容器から少なくとも1個の排出通路(43)が排出し、前記反応容器中にリフォーミング触媒(39)が配置されており、導入通路(37)および排出通路(43)が1つの蒸発器(35)を通る、炭化水素化合物および水から水素を製造するリフォーマー(2)において、リフォーメートに含まれる熱を利用して水が蒸発され、反応容器(23)が圧力容器であり、該圧力容器にエダクトが圧力下で供給され、かつ蒸発器(35)が反応容器(23)内に配置されていることを特徴とするリフォーマー。
- 導入通路(37)がねじ状隙間通路として形成され、排出通路(43)がねじ状隙間通路として形成されている請求項1記載のリフォーマー。
- 導入通路(37)が反応容器(23)の内壁と蒸発器本体(35)の間に形成されている請求項1記載のリフォーマー。
- 蒸発器(35)が調節された排ガス部分流により加熱される請求項1記載のリフォーマー。
- バーナー(11)が復熱バーナーまたは蓄熱バーナーである請求項1記載のリフォーマー。
- 反応容器(51)がセラミックから形成されている請求項1記載のリフォーマー。
- 蒸発器(35)とリフォーミング触媒(39)の間に高級炭化水素を分解するためにプレリフォーミング触媒(54)が存在する請求項1記載のリフォーマー。
- 蒸発器(35)の出口側に水素分離膜(59)が配置されている請求項1記載のリフォーマー。
- バーナー(11)および反応容器(23)が互いに同心状に配置されている請求項1記載のリフォーマー。
- バーナー(11)および反応容器(23)が共通の開口を通過して加熱室(8)に突出する請求項1記載のリフォーマー。
