Claims (4)
- 有機発光ダイオードと、
ソースが第1電源に接続され、ドレインが第1ノードに接続され、ゲートが第2ノードに接続される第1トランジスタと、
ソースがデータ線に接続され、ドレインが第2ノードに接続され、ゲートが走査線に接続される第2トランジスタと、
ソースが第1ノードに接続され、ドレインが前記有機発光ダイオードに接続され、ゲートが走査線に接続され、前記第2トランジスタがオフ状態のときにオン状態になる第3トランジスタと、
第1電極が前記第1電源に接続され、第2電極が前記第2ノードに接続されるキャパシタと、を含み、
前記第1トランジスタのゲートは、フローティングゲートと、該フローティングゲート上に形成されるコントロールゲートと、前記フローティングゲートと前記コントロールゲートとの間に形成される絶縁膜と、を含むことを特徴とする画素。 - 前記第1トランジスタ及び第2トランジスタは、PMOSトランジスタであり、前記第3トランジスタは、NMOSトランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素。
- 複数の画素を含む画素部と、
前記画素にデータ信号を伝達するデータ駆動部と、
前記画素に走査信号及び発光制御信号を伝達する走査駆動部と、を含み、
前記画素は、
有機発光ダイオードと、
ソースが第1電源に接続され、ドレインが第1ノードに接続され、ゲートが第2ノードに接続される第1トランジスタと、
ソースがデータ線に接続され、ドレインが第2ノードに接続され、ゲートが走査線に接続される第2トランジスタと、
ソースが第1ノードに接続され、ドレインが前記有機発光ダイオードに接続され、ゲートが走査線に接続され、前記第2トランジスタがオフ状態のときにオン状態になる第3トランジスタと、
第1電極が前記第1電源に接続され、第2電極が前記第2ノードに接続されるキャパシタと、を含み、
前記第1トランジスタのゲートは、フローティングゲートと、該フローティングゲート上に形成されるコントロールゲートと、前記フローティングゲートと前記コントロールゲートとの間に形成される絶縁膜と、を含むことを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1トランジスタ及び第2トランジスタは、PMOSトランジスタであり、前記第3トランジスタは、NMOSトランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
