Description
1つの側面において、本発明は、a)少なくとも1つの水添ポリブタジエンブロック(EB)、少なくとも2つの重合性モノビニル芳香族炭化水素ブロック(S)および少なくとも1つの重合性共役ジエンブロック(I)を有し、前記Iブロックが、末端ブロックであり、Sブロックに結合している、80から90重量%の選択的水添ブロック共重合体;5から15重量%のアクリル系架橋剤;0から10重量%の軟化油;および0.5から4重量%の光重合開始剤を含む、光硬化性組成物である。
本発明は、成分(a)としてブロック共重合体を含む。ここで用いる「ブロック共重合体」は、スチレンなどのモノアルケニルアレーン(S)のブロックを少なくとも2つ、実質的に水添されている共役ジエン(EB)のブロックを少なくとも1つ、および実質的に不飽和である共役ジエン(I)のブロックを少なくとも1つ有すると定義する。
(1)少なくとも1つの第三アミンと場合によっては併用での、一般式(I)
のベンゾフェノン;
(2)カルボニル基が、少なくとも1つの芳香族環と直接結合しており、好ましくは一般式II:
の化合物である、硫黄含有カルボニル化合物;および
(3)(1)と(2)の混合物
から成る群より選択される。
以下の実施例は、本発明を説明するために提供するものである。これらの実施例は、本発明の範囲を限定するためのものではなく、このように解釈すべきでない。別様に指示しない限り、量は重量部または重量パーセントである。
Claims (7)
- a.少なくとも1つの水添ポリ(共役ジエン)ブロック(EB)、少なくとも2つの重合性モノアルケニルアレーンブロック(S)および少なくとも1つの重合性共役ジエンブロック(I)を有し、前記Iブロックが、末端ブロックであり、Sブロックに結合している、80から90重量%の選択的水添ブロック共重合体;
b.5から15重量%のアクリル系架橋剤;
c.0から10重量%の軟化油;および
d.0.5から4重量%の光重合開始剤
を含み、上記成分(a)、(b)、(c)及び(d)の合計重量%は100重量%であり、前記ブロック共重合体が、構造(I−S−EB)pYを有する対称線状または放射状ブロック共重合体(前記式中、Yは、カップリング剤の残基であり、pは、2から4である)である、光硬化性組成物。 - Iが、分子量10,000から30,000を有するポリイソプレンブロックであり、EBが、ビニル含量35から80mol%を水添前に有し、および分子量15,000から40,000を有する水添ポリブタジエンブロックであり、Sが、分子量5,000から20,000を有するポリスチレンブロックであり、pが、2である、請求項1に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記アクリル系架橋剤が、ジアクリル酸1,6−ヘキサンジオール、ジメタクリル酸1,6−ヘキサンジオールおよびトリアクリル酸トリメチロールプロパンからなる群から選択されたものである、請求項1に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記軟化油が、ナフテン系鉱物油およびパラフィン系鉱物油からなる群から選択されたものである、請求項1に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記カップリング剤が、ジハロアルカン、トリアルコキシシラン、テトラアルコキシシラン、グリシジルジエポキシドおよび脂肪族ジエポキシドからなる群から選択されたものである、請求項1に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記カップリング剤が、テトラエトキシシランである、請求項5に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記光重合開始剤が、ベンゾフェノン、ベンゾフェノンと第三アミンの混合物、2−メチル−1−[4−(メチルチオ)フェニル]−2−モルホリノプロパノンおよび2,2−ジメトキシ−1,2−ジフェニルエタン−1−オンからなる群から選択されたものである、請求項1に記載の光硬化性組成物。
