Claims (3)
- 半導体基板の表面部に複数の受光部が2次元アレイ状に形成されると共に各受光部の上に赤色,緑色,青色のいずれかのカラーフィルタ及びマイクロレンズが各受光部毎に積層されるマイクロレンズ搭載型単板式カラー固体撮像素子において、前記赤色のカラーフィルタが積層された前記受光部に対応する前記マイクロレンズの受光面積を、曲率を同じに保ったまま、前記緑色のカラーフィルタが積層された前記受光部に対応する前記マイクロレンズの受光面積より小さく形成すると共に、前記赤色のカラーフィルタが積層された前記受光部に対応する前記マイクロレンズの受光面積を素子周辺部に行くに従って徐々に小さくすることを特徴とするマイクロレンズ搭載型単板式カラー固体撮像素子。
- 前記赤色のカラーフィルタが積層された前記受光部に対応する前記マイクロレンズの受光面積を小さくした分だけ前記緑色のカラーフィルタが積層された前記受光部に対応する前記マイクロレンズの受光面積を大きくしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロレンズ搭載型単板式カラー固体撮像素子。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のマイクロレンズ搭載型単板式カラー固体撮像素子と、赤色光の入射光量を検出する受光部の検出信号を該受光部に積層したマイクロレンズの受光面積で補正する信号処理手段とを備えることを特徴とする画像入力装置。
