Description
(1)医療装置であって、内部を通る組織を受容するための側面開口を備えた外面と、前記側面開口を介して受容された組織を切断するために高周波エネルギーを受け取ることができるように適合されたカッターと、前記カッターの内側に配置された組織ストッパーとを含み、前記組織ストッパーが高周波回路に一部を構成することを特徴とする医療装置。
(2)前記医療装置が内視鏡を受容できる大きさの通路を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の医療装置。
(3)前記医療装置が先端開口を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の医療装置。
(4)更に、内部に内視鏡を受容するための可撓性スリーブを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の医療装置。
(5)組織を切除する方法であって、患者の胃腸管に高周波切断装置を配置するステップと、前記胃腸管に組織ストッパーを配置するステップと、前記組織ストッパーに対して組織塊を配置するステップと、前記高周波切断装置にエネルギーを加えるステップと、前記高周波切断装置に対して前記組織ストッパーを電気的に接地するステップと、前記組織塊から組織サンプルを切除するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。
(7)前記組織塊を吸引する前記ステップが、長さと幅を有する開口を介して前記組織塊を吸引するステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(6)に記載の方法。
(8)前記組織サンプルを切除する前記ステップが、前記切断装置のエネルギーが加えられた部分を前記開口の長さに亘って引き戻すステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(7)に記載の方法。
(9)医療装置であって、
内部を通る組織を受容するための側面開口を備えた外面と、
組織を切断するために高周波エネルギーを受け取るように適合され、かつ前記側面開口を介して延在する組織を切断するために前記側面開口の長さに亘って横断できるように適合された、前記側面開口の内側に支持されたカッターと、
前記カッターの内側に配置された組織ストッパーとを含み、
前記組織ストッパーが高周波回路の極を構成していることを特徴とする医療装置。
(10)前記組織ストッパーが高周波回路の接地を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(9)に記載の医療装置。
(11)前記組織ストッパーが変形可能であることを特徴とする実施態様(9)に記載の医療装置。
(12)前記組織ストッパーが、真空を伝える少なくとも1つの貫通開口を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(9)に記載の医療装置。
(13)前記医療装置が内視鏡を受容できる大きさの通路を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(9)に記載の医療装置。
(14)前記医療装置が、前記側面開口の両側に配設されたスロットにスライド可能に係合するように支持された切断要素を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(9)に記載の医療装置。
(15)前記組織ストッパーが導電材料から形成されることを特徴とする実施態様(9)に記載の医療装置。
(16)前記組織ストッパーがその一面に導電材料が設けられていることを特徴とする実施態様(9)に記載の医療装置。

Claims (10)
- 切断装置を備えた医療装置であって、前記切断装置が、
側面開口を備えた外面であって、前記側面開口は、この側面開口を通して組織を受容するためのものである、側面開口を備えた外面と、
組織を切断するために高周波エネルギーを受け取るように適合され、かつ前記側面開口を介して延在する組織を切断するために前記側面開口の長さに亘って横断できるように適合された、前記側面開口の内側に支持されたカッターと、
前記カッターの内側に配置された組織ストッパーと、
を含み、
当該切断装置は、前記カッターが一方の電極となり、前記組織ストッパーが他方の電極となる高周波回路を提供している、医療装置。 - 前記組織ストッパーが、高周波回路の接地を含む、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記組織ストッパーが、変形可能である、請求項1または2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記組織ストッパーが、真空を伝える少なくとも1つの貫通開口を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置が、内視鏡を受容できる大きさの通路を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置が、前記側面開口の両側に配設されたスロットにスライド可能に係合するように支持された切断要素を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の医療装置。
- 前記組織ストッパーが、導電材料から形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の医療装置。
- 前記組織ストッパーが、その一方の面に導電材料が設けられている、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の医療装置。
- 前記切断装置が、開口した先端部を備えている、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の医療装置。
- 中に内視鏡を受容できる可撓性スリーブを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の医療装置。
