Description
Claims (12)
- グラフィック表示装置と、
対話型オペレータ入力ポインティング・デバイスと、
前記グラフィック表示装置および前記対話型オペレータ入力ポインティング・デバイスに結合されたコントローラと、
を備える、トレースの形式でグラフ表示された時系列医療データをマーキングする装置であって、
前記コントローラは、
1組のトレース特徴を含む少なくとも1つのトレースとして、前記時系列医療データを描画し、
1つのトレース特徴に対応する少なくとも1つの第1のマーカを前記トレースに関して手動操作に従って配置するように、前記対話型オペレータ入力ポインティング・デバイスを介して供給されたユーザ入力に応動し、
前記少なくとも1つの第1のマーカを手動操作に従って配置した後、マーキングされた前記1つのトレース特徴に関係する少なくとも1つの他のトレース特徴に対応する少なくとも1つの他のマーカを自動的に生成して表示するよう、構成されているものである、
装置。 - 前記コントローラは、さらに、
1)前記トレースによって表される前記医療データを分析し、
2)前記医療データの分析に応答して前記医療データの各特徴を抽出し、
3)前記抽出された特徴の少なくとも1つを表す少なくとも1つのマーカを生成して表示するように構成されているものである、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記コントローラは、さらに、ユーザ入力に応答して前記トレースの1つの特徴を特定し、前記特定された特徴を表すマーカを生成して表示するように構成されているものである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、さらに、
1)ユーザ入力に応答して、医学上重要なトレース結果の少なくとも一部を定義する特徴のシーケンスを表す1組のマーカを生成して表示すること、
2)特徴のシーケンスにおける初期の特徴を手動で特定するユーザ入力を受け取った後、この記特徴のシーケンス中の後続の特徴を表す少なくとも1つのマーカを生成して表示すること、および
3)QRS開始特徴を表す少なくとも1つのマーカを生成して表示し、ユーザ入力に応答してこのマーカを配置し、1つまたは複数の後続のQRS間隔特徴を表す少なくとも1つのマーカを自動的に生成して表示すること、
のうちの少なくとも1つを実行するように構成されているものである、
請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記時系列医療データは心電図(ECG)データであり、
前記コントローラは心電図データをグリッド背景上にグラフ形式で表示するように構成されているものである、
請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記時系列医療データは心電図(ECG)データであり、
前記コントローラは、
心電図(ECG)データをグラフ形式でグリッド背景に表示し、
医学上重要なトレース間隔の少なくとも一部を定義する特徴のシーケンスを選択するユーザ入力を受け取り、
前記ユーザによる前記特徴のシーケンスの選択に応答して、前記特徴のシーケンスの中の1つの特徴に関連づけられた少なくとも第1のマーカを生成して表示し、
前記第1のマーカを手動で配置するユーザ入力を受け取り、
前記第1のマーカを配置するユーザ入力を受け取った後、前記特徴のシーケンスの中の1つまたは複数の後続の特徴を表す少なくとも1つの第2のマーカを自動的に生成して表示するように構成されたものである、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第1のマーカは少なくとも1つのQRS開始特徴を表し、前記少なくとも1つの第2のマーカは1つまたは複数の後続のQRS間隔特徴を表すものである、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のマーカは、1つの対応するP波開始、1つの対応するQRS終了、1つの対応するT波終了、および/または少なくとも1つの後続のPJT間隔特徴、を表すものである、請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、さらに、前記第1のマーカおよび前記少なくとも1つの第2のマーカに基づいて、1つの対応するPR間隔、1つの対応するQT間隔、および/または1つの対応するQRS持続時間を計算するように構成されているものである、請求項8に記載の装置。
- グラフィック表示装置と、
記憶装置と、
対話型オペレータ入力ポインティング・デバイスと、
前記グラフィック表示装置、前記記憶装置および前記対話型オペレータ入力ポインティング・デバイスに結合されたコントローラと、
を備える、時系列医療データを対話的にマーキングする装置であって、
前記コントローラは、
1組のトレース特徴を含む少なくとも1つの波形のトレースを表示するように前記時系列医療データを描画し、
オペレータ入力に応動して、特定のマーカ・シーケンスを選択し、
前記ポインティング・デバイスに応動して、前記表示装置上に各特徴の位置を示して、前記ポインティング・デバイスによって示される位置に基づいて前記波形上に1つのマーカを配置し、
選択されたマーカ・シーケンス中の1つの特徴に対応する前記波形上の位置に前記1つのマーカを配置した後、前記選択されたマーカ・シーケンスに基づいて、別の1つのマーカと、前記選択されたマーカ・シーケンス中の配置されるべき次のマーカを識別するラベルとを自動的に表示し、
オペレータ入力に応動して、マーカ位置を調整し、
別のオペレータ入力に応動して、前記別の1つのマーカを手動操作に従ってまたは自動的に配置するよう、構成されているものである、
装置。 - 前記時系列医療データは心電図(ECG)データであり、
前記選択された1つのマーカ・シーケンスは、手動入力に従って配置された前記シーケンスにおける初期マーカと、先に配置された各組のマーカの結果として前記コントローラによって読み込まれまたは前記コントローラに格納されたデータに基づいて自動的に配置された前記シーケンスにおける残りのマーカと、を含むものである、
請求項10に記載の装置。 - マーカの位置およびラベルは、計算された心電図波形間隔に対応し、計算された間隔値は、関連するマーカのいずれかが動かされたときに自動的に更新されるものである、請求項11に記載の装置。
