Claims (9)
- エンジンと、差動機構の回転要素に動力伝達可能に連結された電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより前記エンジンに連結された入力軸の回転速度と出力軸の回転速度の差動状態が制御される電気式差動部と、該電気式差動部から駆動輪への動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部とを、備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記変速部の油圧式摩擦係合装置への供給油圧が所定値以下に低下されたとき、或いは低下が予想されるとき、前記差動機構および変速部の各回転要素の高回転化を防止する高回転化防止手段を備え、
前記高回転化防止手段は、前記エンジンを制御することによって前記差動機構および変速部の各回転要素の高回転化を防止するエンジン制御による高回転化防止手段、および、前記電動機を制御することによって前記差動機構および変速部の各回転要素の高回転化を防止する電動機制御による高回転化防止手段を含み、
前記油圧式摩擦係合装置の供給油圧の低下の大きさに応じて、前記エンジンおよび電動機制御による高回転化防止手段の一方或いは両方が実施されることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記高回転化防止手段は、所定の車速以上で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記エンジン制御による高回転化防止手段は、前記エンジンのフューエルカット、スロットル開度制限、或いは気筒休止により実施することを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機制御による高回転化防止手段は、前記電動機のトルク制御により実施されることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記高回転化防止手段の実施中は、前記変速部の変速を禁止、或いは特定の変速範囲に限定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記油圧式摩擦係合装置への供給油圧の低下は、前記変速部に設けられている油圧センサ、前記油圧式摩擦係合装置の差動回転速度、或いは油圧供給源の故障判定信号によって判定されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記高速回転化防止手段は、車両の駆動時に実施されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電気式差動部は、前記電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより、無段変速機構として作動することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速部は、有段式の自動変速機であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
