Description
しかしながら、負荷の急激な変動などにより、フィルタコンデンサの両端電圧が通常より高くなると、3レベルコンバータの半導体素子に異常電圧が加わることになる。
しかし、この方法では、交流スイッチが故障等で正常な開放動作をしない場合に、過電圧抑制用抵抗器の加熱焼損を招くことがないよう、過電圧抑制用抵抗器の電流を検出する電流検出器が必要であり、装置が過大となってしまう。
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1における電気車制御装置を示す回路構成図である。図1において、架線1からパンタグラフ2により集電された直流電力は、最大電位端子Aと中間電位端子Bと最小電位端子Cとを有する3レベルインバータ3に入力され、交流電力に変換されて誘導電動機4を駆動している。また、3レベルインバータ3には、端子間の直流電圧を2分圧するフィルタコンデンサ回路5が並列接続されている。フィルタコンデンサ回路5は直列接続された上位フィルタコンデンサ6(上位側コンデンサ)と下位フィルタコンデンサ7(下位側コンデンサ)により構成されている。上位フィルタコンデンサ6は、3レベルインバータ3の最大電位端子Aと中間電位端子Bとの間に接続され、下位フィルタコンデンサ7は、3レベルインバータ3の中間電位端子Bと最小電位端子Cとの間に接続されている。
ここで、図1の構成では、架線から直流電力が得られるので、直列に接続された上位フィルタコンデンサ6と下位フィルタコンデンサ7のみから直流電源装置は構成される。架線から交流電力が得られる場合等は、直流電源装置はコンバータを有する。
図2はこの発明の実施の形態2における電気車制御装置を示す回路構成図である。図2において、架線1から供給された交流電力は、変圧器12を通して3レベルコンバータ13に入力され、最大電位端子と中間電位端子と最小電位端子から出力された直流電力がインバータ14に入力されている。その他の構成は実施の形態1と同様の構成である。
Claims (2)
- 架線から供給される電力により誘導電動機を駆動する電気車制御装置であって、
前記電力を変換して直流電力を供給する最大電位端子と中間電位端子と最小電位端子とを有し、前記最大電位端子と前記中間電位端子との間に接続された上位側コンデンサ及び前記中間電位端子と前記最小電位端子との間に接続された下位側コンデンサとを有する直流電源装置と、
抵抗器とサイリスタとを有して、前記最大電位端子と前記最小電位端子との間に接続された過電圧抑制手段と、
前記中間電位端子と前記最小電位端子との間に直列に接続され、下位半電圧を検出する下位電圧センサと、
前記抵抗器と前記サイリスタとの接続点と前記中間電位端子との間に、前記下位電圧センサと直列に接続され、上位半電圧を検出する上位電圧センサと、
前記最大電位端子と前記中間電位端子と前記最小電位端子とに接続されて、誘導電動機に交流電力を供給する3レベルインバータと
を備え、
前記3レベルインバータは前記下位電圧センサと前記上位電圧センサとでそれぞれ検出された前記下位半電圧と前記上位半電圧とを用いて制御され、
前記サイリスタは、直列接続された前記下位電圧センサ及び前記上位電圧センサと並列に接続され、前記上位半電圧に基づいて誤点弧検知されること
を特徴とする電気車制御装置。 - 架線から供給される電力により誘導電動機を駆動する電気車制御装置であって、
架線から供給される交流電力を直流電力に変換する最大電位端子と中間電位端子と最小電位端子とを有する3レベルコンバータと、
前記最大電位端子と前記中間電位端子との間に接続された上位側コンデンサと、
前記中間電位端子と前記最小電位端子との間に接続された下位側コンデンサと、
抵抗器とサイリスタとを有して、前記最大電位端子と前記最小電位端子との間に接続された過電圧抑制手段と、
前記中間電位端子と前記最小電位端子との間に直列に接続され、下位半電圧を検出する下位電圧センサと、
前記抵抗器と前記サイリスタとの接続点と前記中間電位端子との間に、前記下位電圧センサと直列に接続され、上位半電圧を検出する上位電圧センサと、
少なくとも前記最大電位端子と前記最小電位端子とに接続されて、誘導電動機に交流電力を供給するインバータと
を備え、
前記3レベルコンバータは前記下位電圧センサと前記上位電圧センサとでそれぞれ検出された前記下位半電圧と前記上位半電圧とを用いて制御され、
前記サイリスタは、直列接続された前記下位電圧センサ及び前記上位電圧センサと並列に接続され、前記上位半電圧に基づいて誤点弧検知されること
を特徴とする電気車制御装置。
