Description
965kg/m3以上のSD(A)と少なくとも10g/10分のメルトフローインデックスMI2(A)を有するエチレン重合体(A)のフラクションを、複峰性エチレン重合体の総重量を基準として、35乃至65重量%、及び、
10g/10分未満のメルトフローインデックスMI2(B)と0.1乃至5モル%のアルファ−オレフィンの含有量を有する3乃至12の炭素原子を含むアルファ−オレフィンの少なくとも1つ及びエチレンの共重合体(B)のフラクションを、複峰性エチレン重合体の総重量を基準として、65乃至35重量%からなる。
押出成型機において:
欧州特許出願公開第603935号明細書において開示されたような工程
ステアリン酸カルシウム0.2重量部;
[トリス(2,4−ジ−t−ブチル−フェニル)フォスフィット]0.1重量部から構成される組成物を(190℃にて)混合し、粒状化した。
本発明に適合しないエチレン重合体を用いて、実施例1及び2の操作を繰り返し、その特徴を以下の表1に示す。
実施例6R及び7Rにおいて、単峰型のエチレン重合体を使用した。
本発明のこれらの実施例のために、二つのブロックが別々に作成され、そして更にフレークが混合された。それらの特性を、実施例1及び13R並びに14Rの結果と共に表2に示す。
これらは蓋の製造に使用される市販の製品である。実施例13Rは単峰性、実施例14Rは二峰性である。
Claims (13)
- 950kg/m3以上の基準密度(SD)と0.8g/10分乃至2g/10分のメルトフローインデックスMI2とを有する複峰性エチレン重合体に基づく組成物からなるネジ蓋であって、前記複峰性のエチレン重合体は、
965kg/m3以上のSD(A)と80g/10分乃至200g/10分のメルトフローインデックスMI2(A)を有するエチレン重合体(A)のフラクションを、複峰性エチレン重合体の総重量を基準として、45乃至55重量%、及び、
0.5g/10分未満のメルトフローインデックスMI2(B)と0.1乃至5モル%のアルファ−オレフィンの含有量を有する3乃至12の炭素原子を含むアルファ−オレフィンの少なくとも1つ及びエチレンの共重合体(B)のフラクションを、複峰性エチレン重合体の総重量を基準として、55乃至45重量%からなるネジ蓋。 - 複峰性エチレン重合体が1.2g/10分乃至2g/10分のメルトフローインデックスMI2を有する請求項1記載のネジ蓋。
- 複峰性エチレン重合体が960kg/m 3 のSDを有する請求項1又は2記載のネジ蓋。
- 複峰性エチレン重合体が951−958kg/m 3 のSDを有する請求項1又は2記載のネジ蓋。
- SD(A)が少なくとも969kg/m3である請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のネジ蓋。
- 48乃至52重量%のエチレン重合体(A)及び48乃至52重量%の共重合体(B)からなる請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のネジ蓋。
- 共重合体(B)がエチレン及びブテン−1で占められる単量体単位からなる請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のネジ蓋。
- 複峰性エチレン重合体が直列に連結された少なくとも2つの反応器における重合によって得られる請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のネジ蓋。
- 複峰性エチレン重合体に基づく組成物からなり、800時間以上のESCR(B)、7kJ/m2以上のノッチ付きシャルピー衝撃抵抗、及び2.8秒以上の射出性を有する請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のネジ蓋。
- 組成物が950kg/m3以上の標準密度を有する請求項9に記載のネジ蓋。
- 組成物が10g/10分未満のメルトフローインデックスMI2を有する請求項9又は10に記載のネジ蓋。
- 組成物が請求項1乃至8の何れかにおいて規定されたものである請求項9乃至11の何れか一項に記載のネジ蓋。
- 食料品又は発泡性飲料を内包する瓶の密閉のための請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載のネジ蓋の使用。
