また、熱交換した空気が低温になり、低温になった空気を用いて駆動装置を冷却することで、駆動装置の冷却効率を向上させることができる。
タンク支持領域62には、燃料電池12に供給する水素ガスを高圧状態で貯蔵する左右一対の燃料ボンベ80L、80Rと、該燃料ボンベ80L、80Rに水素ガスを供給する燃料充填口82と、各燃料ボンベ80L、80Rに設けられたインタンク電磁弁84L、84Rと、中央部の調圧ユニット86と、が設けられている。燃料充填口82及び調圧ユニット86は、所定の間にホールドに一体的に設けられている(図8参照)。

Claims (4)
- 水素及び空気を反応源として所定の電力を生成する燃料電池と、
前記燃料電池に水素供給路を介して水素を供給する水素供給源と、
外気からの空気を前記燃料電池に供給する過給器と、
前記燃料電池から空気を外部へ排出する第1空気排出経路と、
燃料電池車両の駆動源であるモータと、
前記モータを駆動させる駆動装置と、を備えた燃料電池車両における冷却装置において、
前記第1空気排出経路及びその出口は、前記駆動装置に指向して配置され、排出空気により前記駆動装置が冷却されるようにしたことを特徴とする燃料電池車両における冷却装置。 - 前記水素供給源は、高圧水素ボンベで構成され、水素は、減圧されて前記水素供給路に供給されており、
前記第1空気排出経路の途中には、前記第1空気排出経路の空気と前記水素供給路の水素とを熱交換させる熱交換器を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両における冷却装置。 - 前記モータに対して電力を供給するバッテリと、
前記第1空気排出経路に連結され、前記燃料電池からの空気を前記バッテリに供給する第2空気排出経路と、
前記バッテリの温度を検知する温度検知手段と、
前記第2空気排出経路の途中に設けられ、前記第2空気排出経路を流通する空気量を調節するバルブと、
前記バルブを制御する制御手段と、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記温度検知手段が検知する前記バッテリの温度が所定の第1温度よりも上回った場合に、前記バルブを制御することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池車両における冷却装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記温度検知手段が検知する前記バッテリの温度が所定の第2温度よりも下回った場合にも、前記バルブを制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料電池車両における冷却装置。
