U字プレートの一方の脚部にハウジングを設け、他方の脚部に係合ボス部を設け、前記ハウジングは、脚部の先端より一面に直立する車体シャフトに沿って軸回りに回転自在に支承され、ハウジングに設けた軸受孔に、カンヌキを、その上下端を突出させてスライド自在に配備し、ハウジング内において、カンヌキの一側外周に設けたラックと、ハウジングに軸支されるピニオンを噛合させ、かつ該ピニオンを前記車体シャフトに固着した固定ギヤ又はU字プレートと一体に設けた固定内接ギヤ部と常時噛合させ、カンヌキの上端を押して、全体をハウジング内に押し込んだとき、ラックにより回転するピニオンの回転力で固定ギヤ又は固定内接ギヤ部の回りにハウジングを90度回転し、カンヌキの一側外周にはラック部に続いてラック切欠部を設けており、前記ピニオンを回転させることなく、カンヌキを水平方向に押し込み、カンヌキの下端を対面する係合ボス部に嵌合し、この移動によりカンヌキの外周面に設けたロック溝にハウジングに配備されるシリンダー錠と連係して常時付勢されるロック片を係合してカンヌキをロックし、車輪をロックする自転車、原動機付き2輪車、バイクなどの2輪車用錠前。 A housing is provided on one leg portion of the U-shaped plate, and an engaging boss portion is provided on the other leg portion.
