Description
エンコーダの信頼性又は動作確実性が、この方法によって向上する。ビット列の1ビットだけに誤りがあるときに、コード語が誤りありとして既に除去される点が欠点である。エンコーダの高い信頼性と動作確実性を得るためには、多数のコード語を同時に走査する必要がある。

Claims (8)
- 以下の方法ステップによって1つの絶対位置を測定する方法:
−多数のコードパターンの各コードパターンが、1つの絶対位置を一義的に決定し且つ複数のコード素子(C1,C2,C3)から構成され、当該多数のコードパターンから1つのコードパターンを走査し、
−走査されたこのコードパターンから複数のビットを有する1つのコード語(CW)を生成し、
−1つのコード語を生成するこのコードパターンに加えて、別の複数のコード素子を走査し、
−冗長な複数のビットをこれらの別のコード素子から生成し、
−前記コード語(CW)の複数のビット及びこれらの冗長なビットの信頼性を検査し、これらのビットのうちの1つのビットが、設定されている複数の基準値を超えない時に、1つの誤り識別子(F)が、このビットに割り当てられ、
−多数のビット列を設定し、この場合、1つの絶対位置が、これらのビット列の各々に一義的に割当てられていて、
−前記コード語(CW)の複数のビットを当該設定されている多数のビット列と比較し、前記冗長なビットをこれらの設定されているビット列に対応する複数のビットと比較し、全てのビットが一致した時に、この一致時に対応する絶対位置をそのコード語(CW)に割り当て、この場合、1つの誤り識別子(F)を有する前記ビットが、この比較時に前記設定されているビット列に対応するビットに一致すると常にみなされる方法。 - 前記別のコード素子は、別の多数のコードパターンのうちの1つのコードパターンの少なくとも一部である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 多数のアナログ走査信号(S)が、前記コードパターンを走査することによって生成され、これらのアナログ走査信号(S)のうちの少なくとも1つのアナログ走査信号が、1つのビットを生成するために使用される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 信頼性の検査時に、前記ビットを生成するために使用された前記アナログ走査信号の信号振幅が、1つの目標振幅と比較される請求項3に記載の方法。
- 2つのアナログ走査信号(S1A,S1B)が、1つのビットを生成するために使用され、このビットの信頼性の検査時に、これらの両アナログ走査信号(S1A,S1B)の差が、目標の差(V)としての前記基準値と比較される請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記多数のビット列の設定及びこれらのビット列の各々の1つの絶対位置の前記割当ては、記憶された割当て表によって実行される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記多数のビット列の設定及びこれらのビット列の各々の1つの絶対位置の前記割当ては、生成規則にしたがって実行される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するエンコーダ。
