Description
この二つの温度の差ΔTcを指標とし、圧延や熱処理の影響を調査することにした。それらの中で、とくに冷間圧延の影響を調べてみると、圧延率を高くしていけばΔTcは大きくなる傾向を示した。しかし、加工歪みを除去するために加熱した場合、圧延加工により大きくなったΔTcは、再結晶あるいは回復が進行する温度以上になると、小さくなってしまう。
容器や伝熱体に用いる熱伝導にすぐれた金属としては、上述の発熱体として用いる強磁性合金の特徴を生かすため非磁性であることが好ましいが、熱伝導が良好であればとくに限定するものではない。しかし、十分な熱伝達を得るためには、強磁性合金と伝熱体になる金属とが金属的に接合されていることが望ましい。この目的には、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金を用いるのが最適である。

Claims (5)
- キュリー温度Tc2が450℃以下のFe−Ni系あるいはFe−Ni−Cr系強磁性合金であって、温度上昇とともに比透磁率が低下し始める温度をTc1(℃)とするとき、下記(1)式で示されるΔTcが50℃以上であることを特徴とする強磁性合金。
ΔTc(℃) = Tc2−Tc1 (1) - キュリー温度が450℃以下のFe−Ni系あるいはFe−Ni−Cr系強磁性合金に、50%以上の冷間加工を施すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強磁性合金の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の強磁性合金を第一層とし、熱伝導性にすぐれた金属を第二層としたことを特徴とする誘導加熱用二層クラッド材。
- 請求項1に記載の強磁性合金を第一層、熱伝導性にすぐれた金属を第二層、さらにその上に第三層の金属をそれぞれ用いたことを特徴とする誘導加熱用三層金属クラッド材。
- 第二層としてアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金を用いたことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の誘導加熱用金属クラッド材。
