Description
Claims (12)
- 切削加工のためのディスク状またはストリップ状の工具、特に加工中に回転運動させられるクランク軸のようなワークピースに成形部をカッティング成形するためのディスク状またはストリップ状の工具であって、周面または縁部面に半径方向で工具ベース保持体(10)へ締め込まれた複数のカッティングインサート(11)が設けられており、この場合、少なくとも1つのカッティングインサート(11)が、カセット状の支持体(12)に固定されている形式のものにおいて、
該カセット状の支持体(12)が、調節楔(13)によって、カッティングインサート(11)のための支持面の領域において軸方向で調節可能でありかつ/または調節楔(33)によって半径方向で調節可能であり、かつカセット状の支持体(12)が、2箇所で折り曲げられた輪郭(15,16,17)を有しており、該輪郭(15,16,17)の上位の部分(15)が、前側で、カッティングインサート(11)のための支持面を形成していて、背面で調節楔(13)に当て付けられており、前記上位の部分(15)に対して平行にずらされた、前記支持体(12)の下位の部分(17)が、孔に貫通係合する固定ねじ(31,35)によって、ディスク状の工具ベース支持体(10)に固定されており、この場合、前記上位の部分(15)と前記下位の部分(17)とが、中位の横方向ウェブ(16)を介して結合されており、かつこの場合、調節楔(13)の位置変化によって、前記上位の部分(15)が、種々異なる軸方向位置に曲がりによって旋回可能であることを特徴とする、ディスク状またはストリップ状の工具。 - 軸方向の調節範囲が、0.1mm〜0.3mmである、請求項1記載の工具。
- カセット状の支持体(12)の下位の部分(17)が、ねじ山付き孔を有しており、該ねじ山付き孔内に、背面側で、工具ベース支持体(10)内に固定されたねじ(31)が係合している、請求項1または2記載の工具。
- カセット状の支持体(12)を半径方向で調節するために、支持体(12)の下側の面に当て付けられている調節楔(33)が設けられており、該調節楔(33)の位置変化を介して、支持体(12)の半径方向の調節が行われ得るようになっている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の工具。
- カセット状の支持体(12)の下位の部分(17)が、締付けねじ(35)のシャフトおよびヘッドを収容するための、段付けされた孔(40)を有しており、前記締付けねじ(35)のヘッドの端面(38)が、締付け状態で、孔段部の対応する端面(37)に当て付けられており、この場合、締付けねじ(35)のねじ山付きシャフトが、ディスク状の工具ベース支持体のねじ山付き孔(36)内に係合している、請求項4記載の工具。
- 調節楔(13,33)が、連続的に一貫したねじ山付き孔を有しており、該ねじ山付き孔内に、ダブルねじ山付きねじ(23,24)の一方のねじ山部が係合しており、ダブルねじ山付きねじ(23,24)の他方のねじ山部が、ディスク状の工具ベース支持体(10)のねじ山付き孔内に係合している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の工具。
- カセット状の支持体(12)を位置固定するために、対向ねじ(29)が設けられており、該対向ねじ(29)が、ディスク状の工具ベース保持体の段付けされた孔内に係合していて、かつカセット状の支持体(12)の上位の部分(15)の背面におけるねじ山付き盲孔(30)内に係合している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の工具。
- カセット状の支持体(12)を位置固定するための固定ねじが、締付け状態で、ディスク状またはストリップ状の工具ベース保持体(10)に、軸方向および/または半径方向で有効な予荷重下で当て付けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の工具。
- ディスク状の工具ベース保持体(50)において、付加的に、接線方向で締め込まれた少なくとも1つのカッティングインサート(51)が配置されているか、またはストリップ状の工具ベース保持体において、上側の端面に締め込まれた少なくとも1つのカッティングインサートが配置されており、この場合、接線方向で締め込まれた少なくとも1つのカッティングインサート(51)もしくは上側の端面に締め込まれた少なくとも1つのカッティングインサート(51)が、ワークピースの外径成形部を加工するために、半径方向で調節可能である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の工具。
- 接線方向で配置されたまたは上側の端面に配置されたカッティングインサート(51)が、工具保持体切欠内に配置されたカセット(52)内に締め込まれており、該カセット(52)が、調節楔(55)を介して、半径方向で調節可能である、請求項9記載の工具。
- カセット(52)が、クランプ楔(53)によって戻止め可能である、請求項10記載の工具。
- クランプ楔(53)および/または調節楔(55)が、一方では調節楔(55)またはクランプ楔(53)の貫通孔内に係合し他方では工具保持体(50)のねじ山付き孔内に係合するダブルねじ山付きねじ(54,56)によって、固定可能である、請求項10または11記載の工具。
