- 受容フランジ(46)が外ボス部分(7′)と回転不能に結合されている、請求項12記載のオポーズドパスジョイント。
- 前記少なくとも1つの円板(39)が外走行溝(18,19)の数に相応して、外ボス部分(7′)から突出する膨出部(43)を有し、該膨出部(43)がそれぞれ前記外走行溝(18,19)の1つと協働して中空室を形成している、請求項9から13までのいずれか1項記載のオポーズドパスジョイント。
- 成形された前記円板(39)の少なくとも1つが閉じたケージ案内カバー(45)を形成している、請求項9から14までのいずれか1項記載のオポーズドパスジョイント。
- 成形された前記円板(39)の少なくとも1つが孔あき円板である、請求項9から15までのいずれか1項記載のオポーズドパスジョイント。
- オポーズドパスジョイントの形をした球等速ジョイントであって、
(イ)外軌道(18,19)を有する、一体の閉じたリングとして構成されたジョイント外部分(7)と、
(ロ)内軌道(12,13)を有するジョイント内部分(4)と、
(ハ)外軌道と内軌道から成る軌道対に受容された、トルクを伝達する球(6)と、
球(6)を共通の面に保持するケージ窓(37)を有する閉じたリングとして構成された球ケージ(5)とを有し、
第1の外軌道(18)が第1の内軌道(12)と第1の軌道対を形成し、該軌道対内に第1の球(6)が保持されており、
第2の外軌道(19)が第2の内軌道(13)と第2の軌道対を形成し、該軌道対内に第2の球(6)が保持されており、
第1の軌道対(12,18)がそれぞれ第1の軌道対(12,18)に半径方向で向き合い、第2の軌道対(13,19)がそれぞれ第2の軌道対(13,19)に半径方向で向き合っており、
第1の軌道対(12,18)と第2の軌道対(13,19)とが周面に亙って交互に配置されかつ8つの軌道対(12,18,13,19)が設けられており、
球ケージ(5)が球状の外面を有し、ジョイント外部分(7)内にセンタリングされて案内されている
ことを特徴とする、オポーズドパスジョイントの形をした球等速ジョイント。
