Claims (6)
- 枠部材と、
上記枠部材と対向する位置に存在する底面部材と、
上記枠部材の端面と上記底面部材の端面とを連結するように設けられる側面部材と、を有するレンズホルダと、
上記レンズホルダの上記枠部材と、上記底面部材と、上記側面部材により構成されると共に、上記レンズホルダの左右両側に設けられる収容部と、
上記収容部のそれぞれに一つずつ収容され、チルトコイルとフォーカスコイルのうちのいずれか一方が内側に巻回され、残りの他方がその外側に巻回される複数の空芯コイルと、
上記レンズホルダの上記側面部材の側面全体にわたって貼り付けられる平板状の接続基板と、
その一端が上記接続基板上に設けられる平面固定部に導電性融着材により固定されることで上記空芯コイルと電気的に接続される支持ワイヤと、
を有することを特徴とする光ピックアップアクチュエータ。 - 前記フォーカスコイルと前記チルトコイルの内の少なくともいずれか一方は、その表面に被膜が形成された熱融着ワイヤから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光ピックアップアクチュエータ。
- 前記フォーカスコイルと前記チルトコイルからなる前記空芯コイルの側面に、トラッキングコイルが配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光ピックアップアクチュエータ。
- 前記トラッキングコイルと対向するように配置される4つの永久磁石を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光ピックアップアクチュエータ。
- 前記トラッキングコイルは4つ備えられており、この4つのトラッキングコイルは、連続した1本の導線から成り、
前記4つのトラッキングコイルのうち対角位置に配置される2つの前記トラッキングコイルは同じ方向に巻線されると共に、前記2つのトラッキングコイルに隣接する位置に配置される前記トラキングコイルは逆方向に巻線されることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の光ピックアップアクチュエータ。 - 前記フォーカスコイルと前記チルトコイルは、高さ方向において巻幅が同一となるように巻回されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の光ピックアップアクチュエータ。
