Claims (10)
- 軟化点が70〜200℃のピッチの一次粒子と担体粒子とを含む混合物からなるピッチ含有耐火原料であって、前記ピッチの一次粒子が粒状を保った状態で前記担体粒子の表面に担持された二次粒子の状態で、混合物中に分散されているピッチ含有耐火原料。
- 軟化点が70〜200℃のピッチの一次粒子と担体粒子とを含む混合物からなるピッチ含有耐火原料であって、前記ピッチを前記一次粒子に粉砕した直後に前記担体粒子に混合して製造され、前記混合物は、平均粒径が50μm以下の混合粉末であるピッチ含有耐火原料。
- 前記担体粒子の表面に担持された前記ピッチの一次粒子の平均粒径が30μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のピッチ含有耐火原料。
- 前記ピッチの含有量が10質量%以上50質量%以下で残部が担体粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一記載のピッチ含有耐火原料。
- 軟化点が70〜200℃で平均粒径が30μm以下の微粒状のピッチ微粒子が、微粒状を保った状態で耐火物中に分散された状態で存在するカーボン含有耐火物。
- 全体のカーボン含有量が15質量%以下(ゼロを含まず)であることを特徴とする請求項5のカーボン含有耐火物。
- 請求項5又は6記載のカーボン含有耐火物を、500〜1200℃で熱処理することによって製造されるカーボン含有耐火物。
- 担体粒子の表面に、軟化点が70〜200℃で平均粒径が30μm以下のピッチの一次粒子が粒状を保った状態で担持された二次粒子を形成する第1工程と、
耐火原料配合物に前記二次粒子を外掛けで3〜30質量%添加して均一混合することによりカーボン含有耐火物を製造する第2工程と、
を有するカーボン含有耐火物の製造方法。 - 前記二次粒子及び前記耐火原料配合物はカーボン質原料を含み、それらカーボン含有量の合計量は、前記カーボン含有耐火物全体のカーボン含有量が15質量%以下(ゼロを含まず)となる量であることを特徴とする請求項8記載のカーボン含有耐火物の製造方法。
- 前記第2工程において得られるカーボン含有耐火物を、500〜1200℃の温度で熱処理を行う第3工程を有することを特徴とする請求項8又は9記載のカーボン含有耐火物の製造方法。
