Abstract
【構成】構造材3としての横梁と、両縦フレーム22,22両横フレームとで方形枠を形成した枠体2に,太陽光発電セル11aを集合させた太陽光発電ユニットAと、樋状部41の略中央に取付突条部42が形成された長手方向に長尺の縦樋材4と、横樋6とからなる。複数並設された横梁間に、所定間隔をおいて複数の縦樋材4が傾斜方向を向いて固定されている。隣接する太陽光発電ユニットA,Aの縦フレーム相互22,22が、縦樋材4の樋状部41内の取付突条部42に載置固着されると共に、その相互間の樋状部41直上箇所のみが被覆材5にて被覆されている。縦樋材4の長手方向と同方向には太陽光発電ユニットA,Aの横フレーム相互が、横樋6の両横方向立上り部62,62間に配置され、且つ横樋6の主板61の両端は縦樋材4上に被覆材5が存在しない樋状部41上に延出すること。

Claims (8)
- 構造材としての横梁と、両縦フレーム,両横フレームとで方形枠を形成した枠体に平板状の太陽光発電セルを集合させた太陽光発電アレイが収納された太陽光発電ユニットと、平坦部と縦方向立上り部とからなる樋状部の略中央に取付突条部が形成された長手方向に長尺の縦樋材と、主板の両側より横方向立上り部が形成された横樋とからなり、複数並設された前記横梁間に、所定間隔をおいて複数の縦樋材が傾斜方向を向いて固定され、該縦樋材に直交する方向に隣接する太陽光発電ユニットの縦フレーム相互が、前記縦樋材の樋状部内の取付突条部に載置固着されると共に、その相互間の樋状部直上箇所のみが被覆材にて被覆され、前記縦樋材の長手方向と同方向には太陽光発電ユニットの横フレーム相互が、前記横樋の両横方向立上り部間に配置され、且つ前記横樋の前記主板の両端は前記縦樋材上に被覆材が存在しない樋状部上に延出してなることを特徴とした太陽光発電装置。
- 請求項1において、前記太陽光発電ユニットの縦フレームには、それぞれ縦フレーム樋状部が設けられ、該縦フレーム樋状部は、前記被覆材上に同等長さにて配置されると共に、前記縦樋材に等間隔をおいて被覆された被覆材相互間の開口部に前記縦フレーム樋状部の両端が位置するように設けられてなることを特徴とした太陽光発電装置。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記樋状部の両外側にL形側部を一体的に設けた縦樋材とし、該縦樋材は、前記横梁に吊子を介して取り付けられてなることを特徴とした太陽光発電装置。
- 請求項1,2又は3において、隣接する前記太陽光発電ユニットの対向する両横フレーム相互は、前記横樋の略中央に形成された膨出部に載置固着されてなることを特徴とした太陽光発電装置。
- 請求項1,2,3又は4において、前記被覆材は、防水性を有する貼着テープとして形成されてなり、所要の箇所が塞がれてなることを特徴とした太陽光発電装置。
- 請求項1,2,3,4又は5において、複数の前記太陽光発電パネルの隣接する両縦フレーム間には長尺の縦ジョイナー材が、且つ同隣接する両縦フレーム間には横ジョイナーがそれぞれ水密的に取り付けられてなることを特徴とした太陽光発電装置。
- 請求項1,2,3,4,5又は6において、前記太陽光発電セルを透明又は半透明状に構成してなることを特徴とする太陽光発電装置。
- 請求項2,3,4,5,6又は7において、前記太陽光発電パネルの下側であって、隣接する前記縦樋材のL形側部の立上り部間に、透明又は半透明状で平板状の下部側採光板が水密的に取り付けられてなることを特徴とした太陽光発電装置。
