Description
さらに、補正板を位相差板としたことにより、偏光板を通り直線偏光となったタッチパネル背面の液晶表示素子等の点灯光が、位相差板からなる補正板によって円偏光となるため、例えば、偏光サングラス等をかけた状態でも、液晶表示素子等の視認が行い易くなるという作用も有する。
図1は本発明の一実施の形態によるタッチパネルの断面図であり、同図において、1はポリエーテルサルホンやポリカーボネート等のフィルム状で光透過性の上基板、2はガラスまたはアクリル、ポリカーボネート等の光透過性の下基板で、上基板1の下面には酸化インジウム錫や酸化錫等の光透過性の上導電層3が、下基板2の上面には同じく下導電層4が、スパッタ法等によって各々形成されている。

Claims (2)
- 下面に上導電層が形成された光透過性の上基板と、上面に上記上導電層と所定の空隙を空けて対向する下導電層が形成された光透過性の下基板と、上記上基板上面に積重された上位相差板と偏光板からなり、上記偏光板上面に、上記上位相差板と加熱収縮率がほぼ同等の位相差板からなる補正板を設けると共に、加熱収縮率の大きな上記偏光板の上下を、加熱収縮率がほぼ同等で小さな上記位相差板からなる補正板と上記上位相差板で挟んだタッチパネル。
- 上基板に代えて、上位相差板下面に上導電層を形成した請求項1記載のタッチパネル。
