Description
Claims (6)
- エンジンに接続された排気管と、
前記排気管内に配置された触媒と、
前記排気管における前記触媒よりも上流側に接続された二次空気供給管と、
前記排気管のうち前記二次空気供給管との接続部及び当該接続部より下流側を収容する消音器と、を備え、
前記排気管は前記消音器に形成された挿通孔から前方に伸び、
前記二次空気供給管は、前記消音器に形成された挿通孔であって、上記排気管が挿通された前記挿通孔に対して車幅方向の中心側に形成された挿通孔から前方に伸びた後、屈曲し上方に伸びている、
ことを特徴とする鞍乗型車両の排気ガス浄化装置。 - エンジンに接続された排気管と、
前記排気管内に配置された触媒と、
前記触媒よりも上流側の前記排気管の側面に形成された開口に接続された二次空気供給管と、
前方に向かって開口した筒状の中空胴部と、前記排気管が挿通される挿通孔と前記二次空気供給管が挿通される挿通孔とが形成され、前記中空胴部を前方から閉じるよう前記中空胴部に取り付けられた蓋部材とを有し、前記排気管の前記開口と当該開口より下流側とを収容する消音器と、を備え、
前記排気管は前記消音器内において後方に伸び、
前記二次空気供給管は前記消音器内において前記排気管に沿って後方に伸びた後、前記排気管側に屈曲して前記排気管の側面に形成された前記開口に接続されている、
ことを特徴とする鞍乗型車両の排気ガス浄化装置。 - エンジンに接続された排気管と、
前記排気管内に配置された触媒と、
前記排気管における前記触媒よりも上流側に接続された二次空気供給管と、
前方に向かって開口する筒状を呈し、前記排気管の前記二次空気供給管との接続部より下流側が内側に配置された中空胴部と、前記中空胴部を前方から閉じるよう前記中空胴部に取り付けられた蓋部材とを有する消音器と、を備え、
前記蓋部材は、前記中空胴部を前方から閉じるように前記中空胴部に取り付けられる内壁部材と、当該内壁部材を前方から覆うように配置される外壁部材とを有し、
前記排気管の前記二次空気供給管との接続部は、前記外壁部材と前記内壁部材の間に位置し、前記二次空気供給管は、前記外壁部材と前記内壁部材との間を通って前記消音器の外に伸びている、
ことを特徴とする鞍乗型車両の排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求の範囲第1項に記載の鞍乗型車両の排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記消音器は、当該消音器の側面を構成する中空胴部と、当該中空胴部の開口部に接合される蓋部材と、を含んで構成され、
前記二次空気供給管は前記蓋部材に挿通される、
ことを特徴とする鞍乗型車両の排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求の範囲第1項又は第3項に記載の鞍乗型車両の排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記排気管における前記接続部よりも上流側に上流側触媒が配置される、
ことを特徴とする鞍乗型車両の排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求の範囲第2項に記載の鞍乗型車両の排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記排気管における前記開口よりも上流側に上流側触媒が配置される、
ことを特徴とする鞍乗型車両の排気ガス浄化装置。
