Description
Claims (13)
- さらに鉄と、亜硫酸イオン源または硫酸イオン源を含む銅鉱石または銅精鉱を、酸素と、ハロゲン化物イオンを含む酸性溶液との存在下、125〜160℃の温度及び1000〜2000kPaの圧力で加圧酸化に供する工程と、
As、Sb、Bi及びHgからなる群から選択される1種の元素を含む副生成物を、前記鉱石または精鉱と共に加圧酸化に供し、結果として得られる銅と前記元素の化合物とを含む加圧酸化スラリーとを得る工程とからなり、
処理される副生成物が前記加圧酸化と異なった工程により生成されることを特徴とする銅の製錬または精製工程からの副生成物であって、As、Sb、Bi及びHgからなる群から選択される1種の元素を含む副生成物を処理する方法。 - 前記加圧酸化は、pH>2.5で行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記元素の化合物は、鉄化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 副生成物は固体の形であり、前記銅の精鉱と共に、前記加圧酸化が行われるオートクレーブ中に導入されることを特徴とする請求項1,2または3記載の方法。
- 前記加圧酸化スラリーは、液体/固体分離工程に供せられ、加圧酸化濾液と、前記元素の化合物を含む固体とを得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記加圧酸化濾液は、前記副生成物が液体の形である加圧酸化にリサイクルされ、副生成物は加圧酸化にリサイクルされる加圧酸化濾液と結合されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 加圧酸化濾液は溶液中に銅を含み、さらに、そのリサイクルの前に、濾液から銅を回収する工程を備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- さらに、加圧酸化濾液と、副生成物とを、そのリサイクルの前に、エバポレーションに供する工程を備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- さらに、加圧酸化濾液と、副生成物とを、そのリサイクルの前に、中和に供する工程を備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 加圧酸化からの固体は、銅を含み、さらに、固体を酸性浸出に供し、銅溶液と、前記元素の化合物を含む固体残渣とを得ることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- さらに、銅溶液から銅を回収する工程を備えることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
- 加圧酸化は、150℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記副生成物は、不純物を含む銅鉱石または精鉱からなることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
