Claims (4)
- 射出成形型内に第1樹脂材料よりなる第1樹脂層が配置された状態で、該第1樹脂材料と熱化学反応により接着可能でかつ該第1樹脂材料の成形温度よりも高い成形温度で成形される第2樹脂材料を、該第1樹脂層が配置された該射出成形型のキャビティ内にゲートから射出することにより第2樹脂層を成形するとともに該第1樹脂層と該第2樹脂層とを接着してなる2層射出成形品であって、
前記第2樹脂層は、ゲート近傍のキャビティ部位で成形されたゲート成形部から末端近傍のキャビティ部位で成形された末端成形部に向かって肉厚が徐々に厚くされた、肉厚勾配部を少なくとも一部に有していることを特徴とする2層射出成形品。 - 前記肉厚勾配部は、前記ゲート成形部から前記末端成形部に向かって肉厚が連続的に徐々に厚くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の2層射出成形品。
- 前記肉厚勾配部における前記第2樹脂層の前記末端成形部側の最大肉厚が、該肉厚勾配部における該第2樹脂層の前記ゲート成形部側の最小肉厚の1.5〜3倍に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の2層射出成形品。
- 請求項1、2又は3に記載の2層射出成形品を備え、前記第1樹脂材料がマレイン酸変成ポリエチレンであり、前記第2樹脂材料がポリアミド又はエチレンビニルアルコールであることを特徴とする樹脂製フィラーネック。
